None. They're all mind-crushingly boring.

Oh, I forgot - we watch King Julien's New Year's Eve Countdown with our preschooler on Netflix. We watch it late in the evening for her but well before midnight. I was thinking we wake her up for fireworks but that was Independence Day on PBS. Netflix puts on the 3-minute dance party music video with King Julien leading a countdown. It's pretty clever.

I was actually first introduced to this on a Christmas Eve night in the early 2000s when ABCFamily began those marathons. I think I came in during the singing-caveman sequence and was wondering WTF I was watching.

Still don't understand why Dick Clark has his name on that show?

CBS for the first time ever has a New Years show "Nashville's Big Bash" but it is a country show so I will pass.
No New Years show on FOX?
No more Carson Daly for the first time since 2004 and Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson replace him or for this year at least.

When I was younger it was always. Dick Clark. It was never the same after his stroke and New Years Eve shows on nowadays are borderline unwatchable.
As I’ve done the last few years, we’ll find an early ball drop somewhere for my kids then the wife and I will watch movies until about 11:55. We’ll spend 5 minutes watching the ball drop, and then we’ll either watch another movie or go to bed.
I have no patience for insufferable New Year’s Eve shows any more.

Sometimes the music is good but I always fast forward the annoying reporters on the scene.

I've been watching the Nashville NYE show tonight, mainly because the tv station that I work at is airing it. CBS spent some money on it. The production values look better than ABC and NBC.

The NBC one is like an SNL spoof of NYE specials in spots, I kinda like it. I mean there's a musical number about Steve Buscemi, that's a win in my book. Also, everyone had bad teeth and Pete Davidson looks like somebody is blackmailing him to be there.
The FOX Special was canceled at the last minute due to Covid.

Watched the last 5 mins of the Times Square New Years Show in Youtube. Planet Fitness was a sponsor and their stupid hats everyone had reminds me a lot of something Globo Gym would do.

Miley handled the wardrobe malfunction like a pro, and I will admit it was an entertaining New Years Special, I even chuckled at some of the comedy bits.

Pete Davidson had some good lines and jokes in that special.
It was better than the Seacrest show.

Glad he did not get fired but a drunk Cohen would be fun to watch
https://people.com/tv/cnn-says-andy-...r-nye-special/
CNN has addressed Andy Cohen's future with its annual New Year's Eve special.
Last Friday, Cohen, 53, hosted the network's New Year's Eve Livefrom New York City's Times Square alongside pal Anderson Cooper. The Bravo personality and producer has since admitted to being "overserved," which resulted in him making alcohol-fueled jabs, including at Ryan Seacrest and his ABC program — Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve — filming nearby.
On Monday, CNN confirmed that Cohen will be returning to co-host its special in December 2022.
"Andy said something he shouldn't have on live TV," a spokeswoman for CNN said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE. "We've addressed it with him and look forward to having him back again next year."
During the New Year's Eve broadcast, Cohen called the ABC broadcast's performers a "group of losers."
"If you look behind me, you'll see Ryan Seacrest's group of losers performing. I'm sorry but if you're watching ABC, you're watching nothing," he said, according to Us Weekly, which reported that Cohen also ranted about Journey and said the iconic rock band, currently led by Arnel Pineda, isn't the same without original lead singer Steve Perry.

All the clips I've seen from Cohen's drunken special were off-the-wall and hilarious.

Ratings were pretty strong for CNN, I'm sure they intend to keep him around for a while.

I did not see the CNN special, but I do love the Networks response, he said some things he should not have said on the air, but we plan to have him back for this years special, lol!! Of course they will, because I guess he was ratings gold.

I used to love watching these shoes. They were all good and I'd end up flipping between channels. They've all gone downhill hard in my opinion. We just watched Harry Potter this year and played Scrabble, drank Champagne at midnight, then went to bed.
