Is there a scene of two flashes (not the reverse flash)

I could buy that, but then, why switch now?

And yeah, his face looks fine.

Pretty good interview with Hamill about the episode :

25th Century (Thawne and Booster Gold were neighbors.).

Great episode. I loved the opening scene showing them running on the walls in the Allen's house. It looks like Barry will soon become just as fast as Thawne.

Appears that Flash & Arrow's timelines are screwed up, the next episode of the Flash takes place before this week's Arrow.

More proof the suits at WB are utterly clueless about superheroes. Having a show about the Flash would have been terrible without superpowered villains...

That's what we go through every week, and it's funny becuase Warner Bros. has been so incredibly supportive obviously to do Arrow and The Flash but then as soon as we say, "Okay, we're going to have the villains on," they're like, "Ehh..."

They kind of get worried about the villains being too cartoony or they look back and it's like the Batman '66 stink. We said, if The Flash can move at super-speed, he can't just be fighting bank robbers. Or if he is fighting bank robbers, they have to be able to do something pretty special.

Awesome. Great twist with Dr. Wells. Never crossed my mind he was an imposter.

Mark Hamill was awesome and the I am your Father line...

Really surprised they brought Eddie into the mix.

I did like that Eddie questioned the logic of keeping Iris in the dark. Too often everyone in these type of shows automatically agree that such decisions are a good idea when they can oftentimes lead to bigger problems (and usually do, for the sake of artificial drama).

I honestly feel that they're embracing the multiverse theory, and that the original show is an alternate timeline to this one. Lots of differences, but still enough similarities to possibly be more than just a big wink to the fans.

I suspect they're going to tie Eddie knowing into how Eobard Thawne finds out Barry's the Flash. Maybe Eddie passes down a journal that stays in the Thawne family, or something like that. (Yes, I know in the DCU in the future it's common knowledge that Barry Allen is The Flash).

The way this series is going, by the premier of season two, all of Central City will know Barry Allen is the Flash.

Wally West's identity was public knowledge for years in the comics, so the above is not completely out of left field.

Yeah, kinda silly how Iris is the only one who doesn't know. The whole idea of having to "protecting" her from that info went out the window long ago.

But man, this show is firing on all cylinders, and is practically a blueprint on how to do a genre/superhero TV series right.

I think Barry would like Iris to acknowledge her feelings for him before revealing he is the Flash.

I would, too. Especially after the whole, "I'm only interested in you when someone else is" bullshit she pulled.

I loves Arrow and Flash, but man, the showrunners can NOT write a likable primary love interest to save their lives.

Funny thing is that, even though it was just for one or two episodes, Felicity worked out much better as a love interest on Flash than she does on Arrow and better than Iris does on Flash as well. Her and Gustin had far better chemistry than either actor has had with anyone else.

Have the episodes all been playing in order, because Comcast on-demand is missing ep. 13 and 14.

Yes they are all in order, this is not Fox/TNT/(insert network of choice) after all...

Re: The Flash (S1E17) -- "Tricksters" -- 3/31/15

One big question is what happened to Barry after the Reverse Flash escaped the house? He didn't return to the future according to Thawne's computer. I guess we'll find out later. For that matter, how can that computer know if the future changes?

He was on before - the guy that turned into gas. He's locked up in the accelerator prison.

Loved this episode. Hamill was over the top but never passed that thin line into ridiculousness.

I love that we're seeing things on a comic show that studios have always been afraid of - things that seem kind of hokey like the speed force. Loving it.

I know someone associated with the show said there was a big twist about the identity of the reverse flash, that it wasn't really Harrison wells. And yes, this was a twist, but as a viewing audience, we've only known THIS Harrison wells, so is it really a twist?

Definitely explains why the blood in the house wasn't a match to wells, though. Going off of old data instead of a fresh sample.

No, from the way Joe talked about it, original trickster was apprehended by the police.

I'm not sure there's any practical difference between "Wells is really Eobard Thawne, evil time traveler from the future" and "Eobard Thawne, evil time traveler from the future, killed Wells 15 years before the show began and the Wells we've been watching all season is really Eobard Thawne in disguise."
