Yes, as a reference to both versions. But Ra's refers to himself as Raysh because that's the official way to say it, according to DC.
As for when Nolan use Raz, I think no one at WB really gave a damn. They certainly didn't expect Batman Begins to be a huge hit.

It's like in the Animated Universe...I've always said Lex "Loo-ther". But in the AU, they say, Lex "Loo-THOR".
I hate hearing "Loo-THOR"...

Loo-THOR is the way Otis would say it in Superman: The Movie. Always cracked me up.

I think the only one that really bothered me was when George Newbern said it. He was a suitable replacement for Tim Daly (though I always wished Daly had been voicing Superman in JLU) but he always over-enunciated the name.

Be careful. For all we know the writers of this season could all migrate to the new show. Then season two will suck balls. Although, I guess it would be appropriate for The Flash to crash and burn faster than Arrow, given the nature of the series.

I would be more worried about losing the Flash's writers to the new Supergirl series. A show on CBS pays more for their production staff. The Flash is now the CW's number one show, I doubt you'll see them or the production studio wanting to mess with the show.
