Not looking good for "Frequency" and "No Tomorrow" unless they get popular on Netflix:

Legends of Tomorrow Moving to Tuesday Nights
Deadline reports that beginning January 24, 2017, Legends of Tomorrow will be moving from Thursdays at 8pm to Tuesdays at 9pm following The Flash (as the doomed No Tomorrow comes to an end). It won't be a long stint, however; Legends doesn't have a full 22 episode season, so in April it will be replaced in its Tuesday slot by iZombie.
The ratings for Legends of Tomorrow season 2 have not been encouraging for those hoping for a season 3. The show has lost half of its overall viewers since the series premiere, and is even down in the key 18-49 demo this season, averaging .62 as compared to approximately .85 last season.
With The Flash being the hit that it is (with ratings once again spiking), placing Legends after it could fairly be interpreted as a last-ditch move to rebuild the fanbase, using Flash as a conduit. So if fans want the show to continue, there better stay tuned after Barry Allen has had his run.

The writing has been on the wall for some time. It's surprising they gave it a fourth season. Reign as a period romance drama never really fit with CW's new emphasis on superheroes.

Re: The One and Only TV FAQ Thread Plus Renewal and Cancellation News
I won't be nitpicky, and argue that iZombie is a DC comics too, but that's the one I really want a renewal for. I hope it can get one.
The CW's news is expected, but I'm still kinda meh. I still watch SPN, but don't need it to continue. I'm almost up to date on Supergirl & Legends (until the crossover), and feel like both are far less interesting this year. The little bit of Flash I've seen worries me that I won't enjoy that anymore at all.
Still sorry to lose Reign & Frequency, I'm hoping The 100 and The Originals can get renewals.
