Intelligence (Amazon). The 2005 Canadian one. It seems kind of quaint to see a soft spoken marijuana only drug lord and a woman striving to rise in the Canadian CIA ranks but that's just the plot. It's really about the back-stabbing, double dealing, and shifting loyalties in any workplace. Set in Vancouver playing Vancouver for a change so it can use some beautiful locations.

The Border 2008 (Amazon}. A Canadian series about border agents that takes a serious look at issues like human trafficking for the first season. Then it goes off the rails in the second season with a sub-plot about one of the agents with a Dad that has a gambling problem and mobsters and shoot-outs. I did like seeing Catherine Disher and Nigel Bennett from Forever Knight.
