Re: Last Show You Binged?
I tested positive for Covid two weeks ago so I was locked in my room for 10 days. In that time I binged the first 7 seasons of Entourage. Just binged season 8 in the last couple of days.
I always forget how truly awful the show gets after season 5. 1-4 were perfect, 5 took a dip but was still entertaining. 6 & 7 though? Man, they basically betray nearly every character on the show just to shake things up. I think Turtle was the only character that had growth in those seasons. Not to mention they are kind of a slog to get through. Half hour episodes felt like hour long dramas.
Season 8 started off rocky, but ended strong...back to its roots and just entertaining. I have but a single gripe...Andrew Dice Clay? Wow, that was a misfire for me. I've binged the show a couple of times over the years and this was the first time letting the credits roll on the last episode of season 8. I had no idea there was a post credits scene.
It's a doozy too.
Now it's time to revisit the movie which I don't remember a single thing about.

Doctor Who - season 11; Now that I have HBO Max, I am finally catching up with Jodie Whittaker's turn in the Tardis. This was a solid season, and I think Whittaker embodies the role really well. Her being the first female iteration of the Doctor is referenced only a couple of times so it's not a major plot point or anything and I think the (silly, IMO) fears of some fans that it would change the show too much have proven unfounded. Whittaker is great and I like the three companions for this season, too, especially Graham. I'll be watching season 12 soon.

HBO's The Young Pope's first season. Made as a joint venture with Europe, not what I expected at all. A few traditional HBO touches but really doesn't feel like HBO had a lot of input into the show.

Re: Last Show You Binged?
The middle episodes drag a bit as the monster attacks take a backseat to all the human drama, and the choice of songs for the soundtrack is rather cheesy, but the show rallies for a satisfying finale and an intriguing setup for a 2nd season.
If you enjoyed Train to Busan, you'll probably enjoy this. It's certainly way better than the sequel to that film.
