Miami Vice: Season Five - Finished it. Gotta say, it might've been a bit better than Season Four, but it was still not even close to the level of quality of the first two seasons. Still had some good guest stars and music. I thought they picked kind of a weird storyline for the series finale (involving South or Central American revolutionaries and yes, it involves drug money, but I thought a series finale more grounded and close to home would've worked better; that said, it was certainly ambitious, I'll give it that). Then their were 4 "Lost Episodes", which I didn't even know existed until I looked at the disc before putting it in and saw the "Lost Episodes" heading. I can see why a couple of them weren't aired, but two of them seemed fine. The first one was pretty solid, the second was cartoonish and far-fetched and dealt with vigilantism, the third was absolute garbage and I don't think Crockett and Tubbs were even in it...it introduced new characters and was just not good, even though Keith Gordon was the main guest star...I can totally see why they didn't air this one or the previous one, and the fourth one was actually pretty solid with Pam Grier as a guest star, but it did deal with a very touchy subject, so maybe the studio was hesitant to air it.

The Chestnut Man, crime drama (6 ep), Denmark, from the creators of "The Killing". Solid series.
Squid Game, uneven but overall I liked it.
Alice in Borderland, meh... watched 3 episodes and bailed. Overacting and soap like melodrama galore.
Mare of Easttown, uniformly excellent.

The Last Kingdom S1 - S3
Man, the show is awesome. Started out looking a bit cheap but I assume folks loved and watched the shit out of it and they increased the budgets for every season thereafter. I just started S4.

The Simpsons: Seasons Nine and Ten - Well, I felt Season Eight was the last really good season (even thought the pinnacle of the show was Seasons 3-6, in my mind...but Season 2 also might be included there), and while it started to go downhill after that, at least it was a slow downfall. Like, these seasons are still pretty good, and I feel they're even better when you watch them with the commentary tracks. Those tracks on the Simpsons seasons have always been stellar, and since I've seen every episode so often in syndication, it's actually refreshing watching them with the commentaries turned on (and they're not only informative, most of the time they're hilarious, aside from the odd participant that can be annoying). The only major issue I had is some of the players get pretty defensive and defend certain episodes that just aren't good but they won't admit that to themselves. But whatever, it's also nice cause they manage to get some of the guest stars to come back and join the commentary (some standouts included Jeff Goldblum and Mark Hamill, amongst others). Anyway, I stopped buying the sets after Season 10, but I'd still recommend picking up those first 10 seasons to anyone that likes animated comedy...
ADD: Can't remember which of the seasons it was in, but "Radioactive Man" has one of my all-time favorite lines: "Argh! The goggles do nothing!", as Radioactive Man is swept away by a tidal wave of acid...

Money Heist, season 5 part 1 - still an entertaining show, but these episodes were mostly just one big gunfight after another. That ending hits pretty hard, though. Looking forward to part 2 in December.

First 5 episodes of Acapulco - Apple TV+ Spanglish 80s throwback. It's a fun little coming of age show, the latest episode was easily its strongest (It's in general getting progressively better).
Love the overly enthusiastic Spanish covers of 80s hits mixed in. Estoy Aqui, rockenado como un Huracan indeed.

Inside Job - Netflix. I actually enjoyed this adult animated show.
Midnight Mass - Netflix. So glad I completed this over the weekend (in fact, I saw the final two episodes on Halloween, which seemed like an appropriate day to finish this up). Wonderful cast.

Only Murders in the Building - Interesting premise, but not a fan of Selena Gomez. She's very bland (and puffy). Martin and Short are great in their roles.
Doogie Kamealoha MD - Like NCIS Hawaii, I like the way they treat and write the locals. Although its cool, it's weird to see actors from Hawaii 5-0 and Magnum in this, Amy Hill and Kimee Balmilero. Ronny Cheng is a little over the top though. One of the last acting gigs of Al Harrington. #RIP

Re: Last Show You Binged?
Because tis almost the season, I've been binging Christmas episodes from my favorite shows. Favorites so far have been:
Whatever The Simpsons episode was when Bart burned down the Christmas tree, and the townsfolk all gave them donations and whatnot only to find out it was all a fraud and then they turned on the family. I liked that one.
Basically any Home Improvement episode from the first four or so seasons when Tim Allen/Tim Taylor is participating in the Christmas Lights Competition. Especially like the one where Randy and Brad are collecting for charity, end up basically stealing the funds to buy themselves crap, then have to deal with the consequences. There's lots of good classic episodes in that vein...Tried watching some Full House Christmas episodes but those just make me cringe at this point...I loved them when I was a kid but they just haven't aged well, whereas the Home Improvement episodes somehow hold up...It's also nice that M. Emmet Walsh is in some of the episodes...And I may disagree with Tim Allen politically, but I still find his Tim Taylor character pretty funny...
EDIT: Also watched a Christmas episode that Gunnar Hansen, the original Leatherface, appeared. He used a chainsaw to create an "ice sculpture Christmas Tree." You really get a sense of how imposing he is in real life, as Tim Allen's actually not a small dude, and yet Hansen towers over him in the episode.

Simpsons: I've always stopped binging after 1-10. This is the first time I've gone beyond the classic era. S11 was pretty good and now I'm halfway through S12. Its funny how they've been bringing up how the series is going stale and repetitive. I imagine it'll be harder to get through S15-30.
