Meanwhile, those remaining on the Ark are coming to terms with the inevitable. Paige Turco, Isaiah Washington, Henry Ian Cusick, Marie Avgeropoulos and Chris Larkin also star. Re: The 100 (Ep. 112) -- "We Are Grounders - Part 1" -- 6/04/14

Good episode. This show has definitely improved since the Pilot. It's more of a Lord of the Flies the series than an actual science fiction show. Clarke has really stepped up as a leader.

Next week looks nuts with an all out war between the 100 and the Grounders. Also looks like the adults in the ark are ready to abandon ship.

Hopefully Murphy gets a bullet in the head at the hands of Clarke or Bellamy next week.

Agreed, excellent show. I'm looking forward to next week. I'm hoping the adults do make it to the ground, try to exert leadership over the 100, but the 100 follow Clarke & Bellamy instead.

The 100 -- Season Finale -- "We Are Grounders - Part II" -- 6/11/14

"We Are Grounders - Part II" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, V) (HDTV)

THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT - Clarke (Eliza Taylor) pleads with Bellamy (Bob Morley) to do the right thing as conflict on the ground comes to a head. Bellamy forces Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) to make a difficult decision. Raven (guest star Lindsey Morgan) and Jasper (Devon Bostick) work against time and Finn (Thomas McDonell) makes a bold move. Meanwhile, the situation on the Ark comes to a stunning conclusion. Paige Turco, Isaiah Washington, Henry Ian Cusick and Chris Larkin also star. Dean White directed the episode written by Jason Rothenberg (#113).

Episode 13 of 13

This was renewed for a 2nd season. Will return in the Fall. Most likely for another 13 episode season since The CW has a few new midseason shows that need timeslots.

For those who missed the season because you were hesitant to watch it or were majorly backed up on shows, it will re-air starting June 18th

Re: The 100 -- Season Finale -- "We Are Grounders - Part II" -- 6/11/14

I kinda half-hate and half-like this show.

The kids are still mostly complete idiots and I wouldn't mind if 90% of them got eaten by the Reapers.

I've liked the storyline on the Ark, though, and I've always liked Paige Turco and Henry Ian Cusick. What are the odds that the President will really die up there in orbit, or that he will find some way down to Earth?

I wonder how many of the Grounders and Reapers are left, though, after that blast? At least we know Dichen Lachman was saved.

Interesting development at the end. It will be interesting to see how much modern tech they still have.

Awesome ending to season 1... What a surprise of a show, can't wait for season 2.

The creator of The 100 Jason Rothenberg says next season they will be doing more than 13 episodes, but less than 22. He said the network won't let him release that info.

I'd be annoyed if the Mountain Men had a space shuttle and used it to retrieve him.

So the Umbrella Corporation survived the nuclear war and setup camp in the mountains? I like the show and this episode in particular but the ending was straight from Resident Evil.

Well, that ending kind of changes the direction for season 2.

Fantastic episode. This show really got good in the second half of the season. That battle between the 100 and Grounders was fucking nuts. Looks like they lost a lot of people. I have to believe that Finn and Bellamy survived that fire. Then they threw in Reapers as well.

Wonder how the hell the Chancellor gets to earth now?

I think they already showed how the president gets down. When the ark was breaking away, on the ring that stayed in space was a space shuttle docked.

Just finished this off on the DVR and I have to admit it was much better than expected. This one and Reign were two shows I thought I would just delete but they kept me coming back. I now watch more on CW than FOX. I never thought I would say that...

Nice cliffhanger. Certainly the best sci-fi apocalypse type season on regular TV in some time. Better than all the crap ABC/NBC/CBS has trotted out in the last half-decade or so.
