It's hard to imagine any final challenge for the guys that Zach doesn't win. Maybe if there was a really hard puzzle, but CT and JB aren't Evan so it's not like even that's a possibility.

It's strange to say, but Laurel has never won a final challenge before.

I kinda hate that CT and Theresa get eliminated based on the luck of the draw and a puzzle while Johnny and Devyn make it.

The way the finals are structured with some partner, some individual seems neat though.

Yeah, they should have at least had a challenge where the winner was safe, the loser automatically went to the duel and the other two had to pick. That would have been fair. Not that I particularly feel bad for Theresa. CT has grown on me more in recent years, but he's still an ass that probably should have been banned after crazy fight with Adam.

Cara was on the Murtz show after Thursday's episode. She said that she and Laurel were in a better place, but there was still some strain on their relationship.

Yeah thats what I thought was going to take place when I saw the preview footage of the Zach/Devyns kayaking accident. The challenge would be a kayak race - they would be split up into four guy/girl teams and like you said winning team would be safe, last team would be sent to the elimination round and the others would have to do the draw card thing to see who else would be in the elimination around. The elimination round could then be the puzzle thing which would still suck since it was something that wasn't part of the previous elimination rounds at all.

But once I saw the draw card thing and what turned out to be the puzzle stage behind TJ, I knew there would be no challenge and we would have the elimination round right away. Thus I also knew Zach/Devyn would not take part and thus make it to the finals. So unfortunately I was spoiled this episode.

Final was a little anticlimactic for me. Not really surprised at the winners, or seeing Devyn struggle, so all of that was pretty predictable. I guess Zach crapping out was a bit surprising, but hey if it can happen to Lebron...

It was kind of nice to see a more straight up physical challenge opposed to stupid eating challenges or relying on puzzles (except for that cities one) though.

Didn't catch all of the reunion show, hoping to finish watching that this weekend.

For all the bitching about Devyn she didn't really cost anyone anything. On the other hand, Zach nearly cost Laurel $95,000. That would be tough to get over. She had to really beat Nany on the bike to get that time back.

Zach really underperformed. Who saw that coming?

In her EW interview, Laurel claimed she is "retiring" so unfortunately we won't ever get to see her go one on one with Emily.

That would suck if Laurel retired, although outside of the mentioned Emily it really seems like very few of the girls currently are anywhere close to being athletic and powerful enough to beat her in any physical event so I guess it makes it more fair for the rest of the field.

I follow her on Twitter and donated some money but it's really gut-wrenching to see what she has to endure and she is practically unrecognizable in her photos.

Diem was brought into the ER last night. The tumors are causing pressure on her kidneys so the Drs will put stints in to relieve the pressure and pain. Will update you all once she's out! Prayers welcome!! Xx

I follow her on Twitter and she's basically asking for prayers now. I know they are just people from reality television, but she really does and always has seemed like a very nice and brave girl. Doesn't look like she's going to make it and that's very, very sad.

Checking out her twitter, Diem tweeted on Tuesday that she felt like her doctors are giving up. One of her friends set up a donate page on Diem's website for her medical bills. Checking in on CM, it looks like she has pretty much single-handedly raised thousands of dollars selling her little trinkets and Diem bracelets.

Fucking vultures. Her feed is just loaded with quacks trying to force their brand of bullshit on her.... Everything from "oncology massages" to "hemp oil" experts pleading for her to get in touch with them. Just pisses me off.

That sucks. Not surprising though after the report that came out the other day.

So will we ever see the season of The Challenge that she collapsed on? I assume they completed it without her. It would suck if they don't show if for this reason. The new season of The Real World starts in December so it probably wouldn't air until that is done.
