Jeffster got tiresome but the finale with those two was great.

Comparing Chuck to TBBT is such a diss towards Chuck though.
Quirkiness was the good stuff they brought to the first couple seasons. Stupidity is what they often brought after, hence the comparison to the same thing in TBBT.

Re: Chuck

I just watched the episode Chuck Vs The Push Mix and I think that is the last of the Jeffster episodes that were good until the finale.

Re: Chuck

I rewatched a few seasons (originally I was planning on watching just one episode, but .....)

the show pays attention to the mechanics of storytelling and doesn't just try to coast on the comedy." She continued, "[Given] the level of attention paid to all those other things—emotion, suspense, plotting, character—Chuck ends up being one of the TV scene's greatest pleasures at the moment
I loved Deadpool, and was thinking about the delicate balance between comedy and storytelling. The above review for the most part applies to the movie -- only the movie replaces plotting and character with great action scenes.
