The last few episodes have been pretty solid including Sundays. Not too bad for series in it's 16th season

The 9-1-1 / Empire / Son of Zorn bit made me laugh.

I paused it on the sex list. Some of them were great:
Aboard the Orville
At Moe's Tavern
Threesome with a tree Pike in "Avatar"

I forgot how much I hate fox or why I stopped watching the Simpsons and Family guy. Stupid football always screws up the recording. I was "treated to" Bobs burgers in place of the Family guy on my DVR. At least its now on demand so I caught the episode that way.
Pretty decent episode overall the show still does well with pushing the lines of decency, I like how they play with multi episode arcs on some of these things and I got a chuckle out of the landlord recurring character although I dont honestly recall if he had a catchphrase for when Brian moved out last season.. LOL

I loved the Peanuts-style crying that Brian did, but I thought it was a mistake to do a call-back to it at the close of the episode. Everything else was surprisingly good for a Family Guy episode. Solid premiere.

I'm surprised by no comments on this week's episode. The Peter/Trump chicken fight was hilarious.

The season closed out strong.
The episode where Meg became an internet star was extremely funny, and the finale was a great tribute to Adam West (including a live-action piece with West sitting at the Quahog Mayor's desk)

Yeah, glad they addressed what a piece of shit James Woods is, and switched the school over to West.
And that Meg episode was nuts - in a good way. Her feet dying off was gross, but funny as hell.

I wish I kept it on the DVR, but I loved (in the penultimate ep) the commercial for the diabetes drug. They had the long, fast talked disclaimer (which is already a bit of an overused parody), but the way it devolved into abusing the drug was hilarious. I can't quote it verbatim but it was the typical "may cause nausea, dry mouth" then became "may cause euphoria if you crush it up and snort it hell I have some if I come to your house right now we can do a bump together"
Oh, and from the finale, Stewie answering Brian's rhetorical questions. Made funnier because Stewie was coloring in a coloring book during the exchange.
Brian: Maybe I should run for mayor!
Stewie: No, you shouldn't.
Brian: If I don't, who will?
Stewie: Literally anybody else
Brian: If not now, when?
Stewie: Never
Brian: What can a career politician do that I can't?
Stewie: Govern

Oh, I saw this. Quite the interesting contrast with the heartwarming Bob's Burgers Christmas episode that preceded it, that's for sure.

Looks like Hulu is going to have 2 FG holiday specials later this year.

Wow. No discussion for 5 years.
I think the show is still good.
Better than American dad. That one lost all of the steam.
Even the Roger episodes aren’t that good

I still watch, even with the day change. I get some laughs out of it, but it's nowhere on the level that Bob's Burgers is on right now.
I got a chuckle a few weeks ago when all the kids were laughing at Chris in school, and doing the famed "Loser!" cough along with other insults, and one kid did "long COVID!" in his cough.

I didn't know there was a day change. I will randomly watch an episode or two that is on my DVR. I think it is still a good show with a few good jokes in it to kill 20 minutes.

I haven't watched Family Guy in years so I won't compare but American Dad is still pretty funny. I'll concede the quality has been inconsistent during the TBS years with highs and lows.
