Can't wait til next season with so much more from book 3 on the horizon.. I've read all the books, but finally took the plunge when the blu-ray combo packs with all the extras went on sale at Amazon. They arrived this week.

Now i've finished this season 
Arya getting jiggy with the knife was the highlight
Even though we have seen a different side to Jaime, it just wasn't fair seeing him and Cersi reunite yep Arya didn't get to reunite with Robb and her mum
I see the Hound and Arya becoming something like Master Blaster from Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome.
This vengeance for Ned Stark is really getting drawn out, i hope the payout at the end is worth it !
Danys is the only one to root for now. I can't wait until she gets stuck into the real action

I haven't read the books, so this is pure speculation. I really don't think there will ever be "vengeance" for Ned. They kind of tricked us into thinking that's what the show would be about, but the death of Rob and Catelyn, effectively ending the war, pretty much put an end to that plot. Maybe when Arya is a few years older, in the last season or so, she might get some revenge, but I don't think it will happen before that.
Speaking of Arya, I think she is worth rooting for. Jon as well, although he keeps making some really stupid decisions.
