Still no westerns. 
Funny...we were watching Hannibal the other night & I just commented to my wife that I thought Mads Mikkelson would make a perfect Dracula.
And now I see a Drac show scheduled. JRM might do okay in the role, but MM has that 'it factor' that's hard to replicate.

i am having trouble seeing her as a tough gritty cop.
I hope they got Francesca Raisa as the hard ass captain they are always defying.
i loved perry mason as ironside when i was a kid. now i just think why don't they knock his wheelchair over?

He was kinda busy with Parkinson's and all, and being an activist. And is it still a cameo when you do a half dozen episodes?(Good Wife, Boston Legal)Spin City was fantastic. He was great on Scrubs as well.
I do find it weird that it got a full 22. I wonder if Fox is well enough to handle that much work. I figured a 12-13 episode season would make more sense.

I think so. He never made it apart from his ensemble in Friends. MJ Fox has BTTF franchise + 2 sitcoms in which he was the star. Plus he starred in alot of OK movies in the 90's., bit so did Matthew Perry, so I guess that's a wash.

I hope the Michael J. Fox comedy is a hit or decent.
I suppose they gave his show a full season to reward him for Family Ties and what that show did for NBC though the people running NBC back then are now gone.

NBC has been, by default, my favorite network for the past five or so years, but with the exception of "About a Boy" these new shows all seem terrible. It's truly disheartening to see the regression in their sitcom choices, as they were at one time the only network willing to push the format forward. Now they seem to be courting the CBS crowd rather than serving as counter-programming. Even so, they wisely renewed the best sitcom on network TV ("Parks and Recreation,") and there's still hope for probably the best show on network TV period ("Hannibal.") Plus "Parenthood" has cheated death once again, so all my top NBC shows that haven't reached their natural conclusion could return, but that looks like it'll be it for me. Fortunately ABC and FOX's new shows look surprisingly strong overall.

“The Blacklist,” starring James Spader as an international criminal who works with a rookie FBI agent in order to bring down some of the world’s most wanted, begins Monday, Sept. 23 at 10 p.m., immediately following the fifth-season two-hour premiere of “The Voice” at 8 p.m. that will reunite the four original coaches: Christina Aguilera, CeeLo Green, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton. (All times are ET.)
“Chicago Fire” will begin its second season at 10 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24 following the Tuesday edition of “The Voice.”
On Wednesday, Sept. 25, the sophomore season of “Revolution” will begin the night in its new time period at 8 o’clock, followed by the season premiere of the 15th season of “Law & Order: SVU” at 9 p.m. in which Det. Benson (Mariska Hargitay) will be fighting for her life against a madman.
Highly-acclaimed comedy “Parks and Recreation” will launch its sixth season with an hourlong episode at 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26 that takes the show to London. That will be followed by back-to-back episodes for the debut of “The Michael J. Fox Show,” starring the iconic actor as a father and husband returning to work as a news reporter in New York after a brief leave of absence to get his Parkinson’s under control.

I wish they brought back Rock Center. That was a good show.
