Did Hannibal get renewed? I have the last 3 sitting in the DVR.

No, but it didn't get cancelled either. And Bryan Fuller said they won't know on Monday either, if they are coming back. My guess is if they do come back, it'll be another mid-season show.

No, it was too dumb.

The "gay" thing wasn't an issue.

Glad to see they didn't stick with this just because it was "gay". I figured it was gone once Sean Hayes as a gay dad was picked up.

So gay.

BTW, we are all over ten so "gay" isn't that big of a deal. Bad show, poor ratings...canceled. Just because it has gay characters does not mean it should stay on TV forever.

Scorecard:

NBC renewed Revolution and Chicago Fire
ABC renewed Nashville and The Neighbors
Fox renewed The Mindy Project and The Following
CBS renewed Elementary
The CW renewed Arrow, Beauty and the Beast, and The Carrie Diaries

Neighbors and Mindy are the only 30 minute show to get picked up.

CBS renewed one freaking Freshman show (which will be lucky to see a third with it's current ratings).

I just really hope NBC gives The Paul Reiser Show a second season.

Casting is already underway for next Season.

Reality shows are not really mentioned much before or after up fronts unless they are "big" like Idol etc.

There's no way it's not coming back. It is cleaning up on Friday nights.

The plan if it should continue in to future seasons is for a 13 episode cable-like order, airing it in the same timeframe they are now. From what I've read that's been the idea from the beginning, so its never been in contention to run a standard network season of 22 episodes anyway.

I think if anything its a good show for NBC to fall back on since I'm sure most of their new greenlit shows won't last a full season as it is.

TNT also canceled Monday Mornings. It wouldn't shock me if CBS picking up David E. Kelley's new comedy was the final nail in that show's coffin.

Monday Mornings had very low ratings. It was essentially canceled the day after it premiered.

That's really not saying much.

Shark Tank got a 1.8 last night. It was the most watched show Friday night.

This isn't the old days. When a show gets the ratings like Shark Tank does on Friday nights, it's something a network can be excited about.

Spoken like someone who does not pay attention to ratings at all.

Several of us, like DJ, do. A 1.8 on Friday beats most of ABCs shows already.

Not to mention, it probably costs them next to nothing to produce. It's pure profit.

Limbo. That's even worse. I said it before - such a waste on NBC.

Considering Shark gets higher ratings than most of its scripted shows I sort hope they stick it on another night.

IIRC, around Christmas they moved it to a Tuesday for a one-shot deal and it didn't even get the same ratings there as on Friday night. I think they are perfectly happy to have it on Friday where they can continue to win the slot and generally win the night.

I don't. I like it on Friday night. There's no conflicts.

Does ABC get a fee for any of the deals? If so, they probably are making profit before you even factor in the ad sales.

Like last night when the sharks told the two women that wanted to open a restaurant instead of expanding their food truck fleet -- stick with what is working.

:( Body of Proof cancelled. I'm sad about this one. Not often you see a show with 2 smoking hot middle aged ladies as the leads. The cases were interesting too.

That's too bad. I liked the darker, more intense tone of this season.
