Doubt it. First, she doesn't have brown hair (looks like this parody is trying to somewhat look like the TV characters) and Arya is really young, both in the books and show. If this parody even avoids the incest between Jaime and Cersei, they certainly are not going to show a very young character like Arya getting fucked (even if the actress is clearly over 18).
