Peter Dinklage actually looks rather big in that picture.

David Benioff is a tall motherfucker.

I'm about 200 pages into "A Clash of Kings", I should be able to finish all 5 books before the start of season 4.

Fixed for those of us who would rather watch the story without having to scroll up from superdeluxe spamming his own comments in which he can't remember the term "shipper".

Don't really remember Ellaria playing that big a role in the book compared to Prince Oberyn, at least in the third one. Seem to recall she played some part in the fourth book but was never officially named as a POV character for a chapter.

They've cast a lot of actors in non-POV roles over the last 3 seasons. Obviously, that's poking fun at what you meant, but she's still important. Additionally, many new scenes have been created for the show that weren't possible in the books because the characters weren't POV. She can be bigger than the books without damaging the show. Or she can be exactly what she is in the books and still an actor needs to be cast.

Yeah, I'm guessing she gets an expanded role like Margaery did.

Roger Ashton-Griffiths as Mace Tyrrell:

I vaguely remember him as PT Barnum in Gangs of New York, seems like it should be a good fit.

Not even close to how I pictured Mace but he should give the character an interesting look.

This is kind of neat, special FX reel.

Tommen has been recast:

http://winteriscoming.net/2013/08/tommen-recast/

Spoiler:
An older actor, which is strange because Tommen's young age and naivete is an important part of the character.

Westeros is saying they've cast Tycho Nestoris. That's interesting because I don't think he shows up in the books until Dance.

For those that don't remember him
Spoiler:
He was the representative from the Iron Bank of Braavos that showed up at Stannis's camp in the north.

I think they're going to start consolidating certain storylines and shuffling the game pieces around a bit more than they have been doing for the last three seasons.

Books 4 and 5 are probably unfilmable as straight adaptions, so they're going to be shuffling some storylines around and giving existing characters some storylines from new book characters. (An example of this is in season three, where they seem to have
Spoiler:
given Gendry the Edric Storm storyline instead of bring in Edric as a character. They've also pulled the Ramsay Snow/Theon Greyjoy storyline forward from later books.)
