All I remember is Liddy captured Dexter, called Quinn to come to the Van where he had Dexter tied up, Dex escapes & kills Liddy, Quinn get's Liddy's blood on his shoe, Dex lies about the DNA results.

I don't think Quinn knows Dexter killed Liddy - just that he was up to something shady based on the photos Liddy gave Quinn of Dexter and Luma on his boat with the bags of body parts.
