Pretty sure they moved it out during that whole scene at the car wash.

Looks like Walt's character is starting to come full circle, I like that. Seems he'll be somewhat sympathetic again before long.

With splitting up the season like they are, will Johnathon Banks still be able to be nominated for an emmy? I've never wanted someone to win an award more than him. He was absolutely phenomenal this year.

Banks definitely deserves a nomination, at the very least. His performance as Mike has been incredibly nuanced throughout the character's appearance on the show, but this half-season has really showcased what a great actor Banks is and hopefully he gets some recognition for the role.

To me he seemed angrier at Walt for being so damn greedy. As far as he's concerned they both could have gotten out of the business and sold their shares to the rival group for more money than either of them has ever seen but Walt's greed won't allow that to happen. Sure he probably wants his share of the money but he's more willing to let it go to not be a part of the business anymore in my opinion. I mean come on Walt flat out said that if he didn't cook and left that he wasn't getting anything and he walked out the door.

Damn right. They are definitely M60 fodder the way I see it now. Todd is an ice man. 'I'll worry about the money after I get this down', Walt smiles as if it's a sign of respect and Todd knowing his place. My ass, that kid will take all the money as soon as he can cook the stuff, with no more emotion than he showed waving to the kid and then killing him.

One thought - When Hank was looking at the pictures of Mike it was him standing by that same car that is now abandoned at the airport. Right? Now Walt can be seen going in the trunk of that same car if their is video surveilance...which at the airport there is almost certainly video surveilance? Maybe next week they get a call about an abandoned vehicle at the airport...

Pretty sure that will come into play, probably be one of the reasons he ends up with a different name (either fake id or witness protection?) on his 52nd birthday.

Probably. Unless he builds a giant case pinning Todd as Heisenberg
(None of that logically makes any sense, so yeah I'm going with fake id, they promoted the cleaner too many times in the series not to use him)

I gotta disagree as well. I don't think it is about the money for Jesse, but what it represents. It is a chance for Jesse to get out of the business for good and possibly change his life for the better. Jesse is upset because Walt is denying him that chance. And rightfully so, in my opinion.

Nothing is really out of character with Walt right now. The man is unstable and falling apart.

"Goin' Down" is one of my all-time favorite Monkees' songs - I was stoked to hear it used.

With this season his head has been getting big, him thinking he is on top of the world and in charge of everything (despite it being very obvious he is not). This episode had him coming back to Earth a little after Jesse bailed on him but fighting to keep his "edge" which runs into the shooting, which happened out of anger and hubris, and now it seems he's starting to regress. The end of the episode is the most he has sounded like the original Walter White in a couple seasons.

to the Monkee's Goin' Down being played over the cooking with Walt/Todd scene.
