You have a right to do whatever you want, but I find it tiresome to read post after post saying, in essence "This dog shit tastes just as terrible as it did last week, but rest assured: next week I'm going to shovel a big handful of dog shit into my mouth, then complain loudly when it doesn't taste good!"
So if you've got a right to complain about the fact that you think Catherine Tate is the worst actress ever (which you most assuredly do), I've got a right to complain about the fact that this is the ninth consecutive week you've told us Catherine Tate is the worst actress ever and I'm tired of hearing about it.

Keven was a big highlight in this episode, as others have already mentioned. I thought the Andy adopting all the dogs thing was a bit silly, but it did provide the biggest laugh of the night for me. I lost it when they were talking about how that one dog had bonded with Andy and he told them that it was a therapy dog and thinks Andy is going through an emotional breakdown.

Even though they've stayed on, the quality of Kaling, Novak, and Lieberstein's writing has significantly declined. They wrote some of the better episodes from the first 4 seasons, but I haven't seen that level quality from any of them lately. Daniels or somebody must have had a strong influence on the overall tone and direction of the writing early on, grounding it more in reality and keeping the characters very consistent. Later on, the writing got broader and more goofy, and the characters started betraying their own established sensibilities, values, etc. One place I first noticed this was with Michael. In the early seasons he used to alternate between boneheaded moves and clever ones. After a few episodes of him doing really stupid, embarassing things, he'd always get a redemption episode where he'd demonstrate his brilliant salesmanship ("The Client") or showcase his big heart ("Business School"). That balance worked well because it made it believable that upper management would allow him to remain as branch manager despite his shortcomings and also helped to explain why the employees tolerated all his insensitive remarks and politically incorrect behavior and didn't just file an endless series of lawsuits. Later on, they really cut back on redeeming Michael. He just stayed in well-intentioned-but-completely-insensitive-idiot mode nearly the entire time, and his antics got less and less believable.

I know but I was just saying that I never seen David Wallace in a scene with Andy before and that was probably the first time. Most of his interactions on the show was mainly with Michael since he was the CEO during that time.
I actually have to watch the episode again because I was on the phone and missed the reason why david wallace was visible on the show

She gave them raises when she wasn't even a real employee. Why would that win them over? If some nut walked into my office from off the street, declared himself general manager and offered me a raise to earn my loyalty, why would I care? He has no power to actually grant me the raise, he doesn't really work there. Nellie might as well of offered them all eternal life. And if declaring herself boss actually worked with Robert California and the Sabre executives, then why don't the other Dunder Mifflin employees do the same thing? If that's all it takes, I'd go ahead and declare myself CEO. Any way you cut it, though, they're all a bunch of assholes selling Andy out like that. Jim and Pam (and bff Daryl) should be especially ashamed since they made such a production of what true friends they all were. Oh wait, what's this, a crazy lady's offering me an unauthorized 5% raise? And she got dumped by a magician once and eats tacos in such an endearing way? Adios, Andy, nice knowing you. What two-faced pricks.

This english people don't have or know what mexican food is so stupid. The UK has Taco Bell........everywhere!! In the sixth and seventh series of Peep Show Mark (for those who have seen it) worked at a mexican restaurant. I love Catherine Tate personally (Big Train anyone!?!?!) but the taco bit was so unnecessary. Even worse she couldn't even figure out how to eat it.
I did love the bit at the end about Kevin's Dog. That was hilarous.
