I'm not a fan of Karmin ... but I do like Zooey. ....But I HATE the current cast of SNL. Oh Zooey, please stop making terrible TV and make some good movies and music again.

What the hell is Karmin? I'm guessing there'll be backlash over him/her/them similar to Lana del Ray, unless Karmin doesn't suck.

New Girl is actually becoming one of the best shows on television. With 30 Rock slipping a bit, I look forward to her show and Modern Family as much as anything else I watch right now.
I thought the Globe nomination was premature at the time and mostly because of Zooey, but enough episodes have passed where only Modern Family will be more deserving to win the Emmy than New Girl.
That said, I hate the current SNL, so I'll just dvr it and see what people say was good in the thread and skim through it Sunday to see Zooey's best parts (if there are any). I have no clue who the musical guest is. Couldn't they get Van Halen or just brought back Lana Del Ray?

Hopefully it won't be as bad as last week C. Tatum episode.
30 Rock is back this season and regained its mojo.

Damn, forgot about this so I missed the first 20 or so minutes. The cold open hasn't bee funny all season so no biggie there but I did want to see Zoey's monologue. I think Zoey tries too hard to be "quirky" at times so this could be bad but I'm hoping for the best.

Too bad they showed most of her monologue/song from the ukulele up. Those were some impressive legs.

Yeah, I don't get it. Maybe it's because I'm thirty and out of touch with the kids, but I've never heard of most of these musical guests. They might be pulling hipsters out of Starbucks and putting them up for all I know.

The Artist skit was great. Like to see Billy Crystal try to top it. Nic Cage and Nic Cage was pretty awesome too. I loved Zooey in the fast talking skit. Very good episode.
