Agree with everything you said. I'm actually surprised the politics aren't even more heavy handed given our current climate. And was actually expecting some pretty heaving sparring between Mike and Vanessa/Kristin. I'm also warming up to Molly McCook more and more playing Mandy. Although I still really miss Molly Ephraim. And last, just an observation and comment. I am **not** fat shaming. But Amanda Fuller is really getting heavy. Is she pregnant in real life?

It doesn't look like it, -she just appears to have become quite zaftig. I will say they were dressing her to accentuate her curves in these last two episodes.

My appreciation of her is impacted by my knowledge that she's 35-40 (I kid!) and playing far younger.

Second "ho hum" episode in a row. Is it just me, or has this show lost it's mojo? I'll finish out this season. But if it doesn't improve, I might just bail altogether. Which saddens me. I used to really love this show.

Of course, next season it will have to move from Friday night to make room for "WWE SmackDown Live". While I think it's managed to work past the "Mandy" issue, I hope this is the last we see of the middle-aged Asian woman, -er, Chinese high-school student.

Nancy Travis posted on Twitter that the entire cast was returning...so I'm assuming she meant Krista as well.

I'm kind of surprised to see no posts yet on season 8. Is no one here watching anymore? I'm now finally caught up. I thought S7 was pretty mediocre. But so far this season has been really bad. Which is such a shame. It was such a great show all around when it was on ABC. Since moving to Fox, the writing has been subpar and weak. I'm still having a problem with the new Mandy. And I cannot stand Cousin Oliver (Jen). She is hands down the worst part of the show. Her character not only doesn't fit in, but the actress who plays her is just awful.

The show isn't quite what it used to be, mostly because of the writing. I've pretty much gotten used to "New Mandy" but "Jen" is a pretty awful character, not helped by the fact that the "High-Schooler" is played by an actress who looks like her co-stars are planning her surprise fortieth birthday party.

Still watching. Still a fan... but not of Jen. This last episode where she wanted to an influencer was pretty bad. Just nothing really worth talking about.

I still watch DVRed episodes when I have the time. Molly McCook is ok but I think Molly Ephraim was better in the role.

Definitely, -and I think the show would have been better served if they had chosen a replacement closer to her type, but that argument is sort of moot now...

I'm still watching this show, and I'm still liking it with exception of Jen.

She may not be the world's greatest actress, and Jen isn't much of a character, but anything that keeps this on my screen on a weekly basis is ok in my book:

After watching tonight's episode, I'm afraid I'm done with this show. It's just not funny anymore. And the charm is long gone. Everything feels like it's on autopilot and stale. I've never been able to warm up to the new Mandy as much as I've tried, I can't stand cousin Oliver (Jen), and Eve making an appearance every few months has made a huge impact (IMO).

I recently gave up on this show too. Haven’t watched the last 2 episodes.

Just got tired of the characters and storylines.
