Each episode of AD has always produced a lot of conversation online since there is always so much going on in each episode. I wouldn't be against a sub-folder in the streaming folder here for AD, so we can have individual threads for each episode, and other threads for anything else AD. Heck, I wouldn't mind the same thing for any Netflix exclusive show if they are going to post the episodes all at the same time for everything, including House of Cards and anything else they have coming in the future. It wouldn't be that big of a deal to set up either.

I know there is no point to doing episode threads since they are being posted all it once. I already said that.
I personally don't care. But if someone here watches 2-3 episodes and only wants to talk about them the night they are posted, but another watches 8 or 9 episodes and talks about all of them in detail, someone here might get upset. I mean you know there are so many people here lurk through these threads, watch the show, but don't post or rarely post. But you know it's comedy and not a highly serialized action adventure or fantasy, so it's chances are it won't be that big of a deal.

Maybe we could just start 4 or 5 threads in the streaming forum, three episodes per thread. That sounds pretty fair.

I think a thread per episode would eliminate the problem completely. Being able to discuss arcs that go across episodes would be easier for the casual viewer - and even people who watch it months later can come back to them and participate, see what people felt about specific episodes. Just makes more sense to me.

I still think that putting these all out at once is a mistake, you lose the "water cooler" element as people discuss the show week-to-week. As for DVDTalk, I agree with the one-thread-per-episode.
Maybe start a new "Streaming Tv Shows" forum for this, House of Lies, and other shows that are pushing everything out at once for individual episode chatter. Moderation shouldn't be a problem, just assign it to Jules.

I actually like the folder idea for all shows so that in the folder you can find the thread for each episode as well as rumor threads or other discussion threads. Also, I can't wait until these new episodes are released.

I used to have Netflix, then I canceled it because I wasn't using it very often, but I will definitely subscribe again when these episodes premiere.

FOX produces the show. Netflix is paying the licensing fee and production costs.
IMO, it will be at least 6-8 months before the DVD/BD will be released. Netflix will want to make the most of their investment having the exclusive rights. If you don't want to subscribe to Netflix for this, I think you're looking at possibly early 2014 for the discs to come out.
