Yes, exactly. That's exactly what it's like!

Also, I thought this was a really funny episode. Michael saying to Andy, "I have no filter" was one of the funniest lines I've heard in a while on the show. Andy's little bird tweeting was hilarious, and Michael's bottle of wine rolling down the ramp was great.

I really liked this ep.
Merideth and the wine, Stanley getting up for the encore, Dwight: All that singing got in the way of some perfectly good murders.
I just don't like how they are making Erin so unbelievably stupid.

The bottle rolling down the audience had me really laughing.

I think anybody who has gone to the movies with friends who insist on sneaking in bottled beer had to love that. One of my idiot friends would invariably kick over an empty and make that happen. Thankfully, probably 2/3 of the theater smuggled in beer so it was difficult to ID the perp.

It wasn't a bad episode, but it was pretty damn boring. Of course, that could have to do with the fact that I don't care for post-anger management Andy. And, I have no interest in his continuing attempts to woo Erin, a girl with the IQ of a salad bar and absolutely no grasp on reality.

lol, not everyone can sympathize with those things.

Agree on the Ryan/ipad gag being hilarious. Thought Andy with the phone was really out of character. Also, I'm starting to hate Erin.

I think they've made Erin a bit too dumb. After that freak out episode last season along with her and her brother, she's not just innocently naive.

Horrible episode. They really need to consider just ending the show when Carell leaves, because right now he's the only they have going for it (and that's not saying much).

Agreed. Quiet throwaway line I thought was absolutely HILARIOUS, as would anyone who's ever tried to move a sleeping baby you really don't want to wake up.

It feels like the writers are going all out and bringing their A-game for Carrell's final season on the show. The past three episodes have been consistently funny and relatively grounded from true absurdity.

Good episode. Not hilarious but I liked the sincerity of it. I'm going back and forth over the Erin/Andy storyline. Sometimes it's trying too hard to be an absurd rehash of Jim and Pam, but then there are episodes like this that are grounded in reality where the sweetness of both characters comes through.

The wine bottle rolling down the theater and the balloons popping was the best gag of the episode.

This could be a potential set-up for Michael's departure. I can totally picture Michael getting a part in a play like the director promised and then deciding to move to Hollywood because landing that role would convince him that acting is his true calling.

If this is their A-game then this show should definitely end this season.
