Well, this episode has been... interesting so far.
Awesome ending montage though. Felt... old Office-ish.

Ryan pulling out the iPad to tell Kelly what time it was was hilarious.
And I liked Erin's line: "Why would I take her to the hospital?"
It wasn't a great episode, but it wasn't awful either. Pretty average, if forgettable. Although it was nice to see a softer side of Michael at the end to help cheer Andy up.

I enjoyed it. Erin asking Andy if he wrote the play at the beginning had me laughing. She is so adorably dumb, it's awesome!
@ Dwight when he pulled out the knife as they were all singing in the beginning.

Thought it was great. Funny lines, great stuff from pretty much everyone at some point. And Andy was legitimately awesome in the show.

at first, from the cold open, I thought this wasnt gonna be a very good episode, but it ended up being a really great episode! Loved the montage at the ending, we dont get many of those like we did in Season 2 so I loved that. Erin had some great moments in this too. lots of funny moments but also just alot of good moments with the whole cast together.

Hilarious when Michael booed the Sweeney Todd guy and he called him out on it later.
I feel like they're trying to do the same thing with Erin and Andy that they did with Jim and Pam but these two are so dumb (Especially Erin) that I can't see it having anywhere near the emotional impact.

I enjoyed this episode and felt it made Andy look more like a real person, helping us understand his talent.
I think I'd enjoy the Erin/Andy relationship better if we had seen Gabe steal her from him. Instead, it's more like a reboot of last season.
More than anything, I just kept thinking, wow, Ed Helms must be having a blast with this episode.

I don't think the episode was that funny, but it was kind of sweet all around. Andy's talent and his feelings for Erin, Michael trying to make Andy feel better, Dwight and Angela... they all had a bit more heart to them. For some reason I really liked all the interruption gags during the play.

Erin broke if off with Andy after she find out (from Michael, of course) that he had been engaged to Angela. I guess Erin was pissed that Andy didn't tell her.

In just three years Andy has gone from being my least favorite character on the show to an underdog that I root for.

I really liked this episode. I don't think it was the funniest episode I have seen (although there were some great bits), but I love Andy and Erin, so I was going to like it either way.
I agree with whoever said that the whole Andy/Erin thing felt like a reboot because we didn't see Gabe and Erin get together. It's slightly disappointing, but I'll live with it.
Even though I defended Pam's actions last week, I have to say I fall on the side of "Jim and Pam are just not that likeable anymore" this week. I don't have kids so I can't relate to their problems, but even if the way they are acting is realistic and justified, it's not funny. I think the issue is that they've been presented as being too high above everyone else in terms their intelligence, common sense, etc... They obviously have been since the start, but in earlier episodes they were still flawed. Jim was a slacker who was stuck in a lousy job because he lacked the motivation to do anything about it. Pam was unable to assert herself and let people walk all over her. We were able to sympathize with them, but I feel like that quality is gone now.

overall i thought it was good, not great, but it did have, in my opinion, the best line of any Office thats ever been on.
"It's like the hurt locker"
i have 3 kids (one is a 3 month old) and it home perfectly
