Looking at it, I'd actually say most of my top 10 are currently airing, bizarre as that sounds:

I don't have a list, but Dexter and Lost would be pretty high if I did, and the only thing keeping Big Love down is this last season sucked (the preceding season, on the other hand, was great).

I'm not sure if I'd go as far as top 10, but I can see Big Love, Fringe and possibly Parenthood on the list.
I'd still have a hard to narrowing down a top 10 in the first place, but Thirtysomething, My So-Called Life, Space: Above and Beyond, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Seinfeld and more recently Flight of the Conchords would be solid contenders for my top 10 of all-time list.
