I would say quite a few shows currently on I would call top 10.
Breaking Bad
Burn Notice
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Dexter
South Park
It might be a little early to call Breaking Bad, Burn Notice, and Dexter top 10 of all time, but I can see them getting there for sure and would say they currently fit in my top 10.
The rest of my list would probably be:
All in the Family
Batman: The Animated Series
Seinfeld
Six Feet Under
The Sopranos
Breaking Bad
Burn Notice
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Dexter
South Park
It might be a little early to call Breaking Bad, Burn Notice, and Dexter top 10 of all time, but I can see them getting there for sure and would say they currently fit in my top 10.
The rest of my list would probably be:

In no particular order I'd say Psych; Dexter; Supernatural and Chuck.
Breaking Bad could very well be the next to crack the top 10 if the series is as good as I believe it to be and have heard it to be, I have the seasons on dvd but havent watched them yet.
Just started watching Its always Sunny and it is really good.
As for my other top shows, there's the Shield; Spaced; Farscape; Twilight Zone; most of That 70's Show (the last couple seasons really stunk); and for number 10 I think its a tie between Futurama and South Park.

Doctor Who for sure (I count from the relaunch on as one thing). Things like Supernatural, Burn Notice, and Son's of Anarchy are my favorite shows running right now, but I don't know if they would make the all time list. If True Blood had as great a second season as the first, and Big Love's last season was as good as season 3, those would be in the discussion as well. As it stands? Not so much.

Four that come to mind right away:
Breaking Bad - Easily the best show on television right now, imo, and it only gets better.
The Simpsons - Durable, comfortable, funny.
Dexter - I love a good anti-hero, and Dexter fits the bill without equal.
Lost - Sure, I haven't experienced the finale yet, but so far over 6 seasons it has consistently made me think outside the box.

Not sure about top 10, never thought about it but in a top 50, I'd have to agree with Chuck, Lost and FNL.
... of ALL TIME? Wow. That's some serious Heroes love.
