I watched the first ep (I thought Dollhouse was on at 7 PM).

It wasn't bad, but as you can tell, I'm not down there watching the second ep.

I think I got freaked out by the mental image of Apollo Creed shaving his whiddle-dee-doo.

Sadly I liked the show

TBL wasn't awful or anything it was just... there. How can a show about models on the CW have the ugliest cast of any show on the network? Did they forget what channel the show was going air on?

I still don't think the forgotten is doomed right away. Just because Slater's last show My Own Worst Enemy sucked balls and had a ludicrous premise, it doesn't mean this show is doomed.

I watched about half of the first episode and wondered the same exact thing, particularly since the CW seems to go out of its way to cast eye candy for its shows.

Something last year or the year before got canceled before it even aired didnt it? Something on Fox maybe?

I think there was a David E. Kelly show about young women lawyers (starring Gretchen Moll) that either aired only 1 or 2 episodes before getting the axe.

I think Easy Money lasted 2 episode last season on the CW.

The IT Crowd on NBC might be what you are thinking about. It was announced as being picked up as a midseason replacement. The show never went into production past the pilot though.

Well after last nights ratings "Dollhouse" could potentially be a victim soon

Hopefully Fox will let Whedon finish out the initial 13 episode order.

After all the effort Fox went for they will likely let Dollhouse finish out its run. It was up against a lot of competition where last year it was nothing.

They made the effort to keep the show on the air by negotiating cheaper production costs, so IMO it will stay on the air for it's remaining 12 episodes.

FOX has a few midseason shows planned, so once Dollhouse's episodes run out, it can easily be replaced.

Brothers will be nixed first.

Anchorwoman was the name of the show. had 1 airing on fox.

Any show that premieres in the Friday Night Death Slot is pretty much guaranteed to be axed at some point in the first season.
