Ben is a total jerkoff. Did anyone else think right at the beginning when Jeff was talking about their first leadership choices that they were going to make the leaders pick someone from each tribe to go home?

Had Damfino not taken Marisa, I'd been the first out 2 seasons in a row. Hahahahaha.

Sorry about that Damfino. At least there wasn't a double eviction tonight. The way it looks, Russell is gunning for all the women on his tribe. I hope that doesn't mean trouble for them.

Funny thing is, the entire episode went by and I think I SAW my choice, Laura, only once or twice in quick pan shots. I don't think she even talked. :P

The lesson here is obvious: Never pick the hot babe in a Survivor contest! I'll be back for the spring season and I'll be going with a man or an over 40 woman!

As the smart person in the dumb-ass alliance, my Betsy seems to lining herself up either for a quick exit or a deep run. She certainly got a bit of airtime.

for voting out the hot girl first yet again. It's almost as if CBS is mocking us with repeated shots of Mike with his man boobs and huge gut, lecturing everyone in the tribe how the hot girl needs to be voted to preserve the tribe's strength.

My Shambo actually came across as friendly, likable, and seems pretty good in the challenges. Russell S., Jaison, and Betsy also came across better than I would have thought, while John sucked at the challenge and then tried to start bossing everyone around. These people don't learn.

CBS needs to start casting guys that like boobs. If boobs ran Survivor (like they should) Ashley and Marissa names wouldn't even have come near the parchment... and neither would Russel's.

My rocket scientist is interesting. He seems to not be terribly popular.

I've barely even seen Brett in the last two episodes....hope that's a good sign.

I know--my Laura finally got a talking head for one sentence in this episode, and she made a basket in the challenge. Otherwise, completely off camera.

Wolf--I thought Shambo had it going well for her, but you're right, the previews look like she may not be part of the crowd.

Hopefully its just one of their editing tricks, but damn that is stupid to lose part of your fishing gear on the day you win it....

Nope, Jeff's blog made it sound like she did just that, lol!

None of the focus is on the Galu tribe but it looks like they already think of Monica as a weak link since they sat her out. For the few minutes we saw her she seemed to be working well with the camp.

Shambo was also a pre-season thumbs-up, as well as Betsy. Guess we can't go by much of the pre-season stuff.

My pick for Laura--which was one I totally didn't want--may have been a good one after all. She's had a few talking points now, she does very well in challenges and she seems to have the respect of at least half her tribe. Whodathunk?

I'm also impressed with Elizabeth. She does great at challenges, too.

My Russell is still looking ok.....not sure if he did much damage taking the pillows will be that big a deal or not, we'll see!
