Great episode last night. Somehow I must have missed the statue shot -- will have to catch it again when it re-airs next week.

What?!? He spoilerized it AND announced he would be addressing a preview. He did just what he was supposed to, so if anyone reads it now, they're the moron.
I don't care personally, as I always watch the previews, myself, but some people don't like that. |

Spoiler:
[spoiler]Horus was the half-brother of Anubis (same father/different mother). I doubt this winds up playing any potential role, but, knowing Lost...) |

I don't know how I missed the friggin' statue, but can someone tell me whereabouts in the broadcast that it appeared? I still have the show on my TiVo.
Thanks, Thos. |

I love this show. I love being confused, thinking it over and coming up with something that makes sense. Last night was fantastic. I don't think I've liked any drama on TV this much since Twin Peaks.

Locke is in 2008. From 1971-1974, Jack, Hurley, Sayid, and Kate were in 2005-2008. (Guessing on the 2000s here). Goodspeed is the one who eventually dies in the van. |

Same here, I usually don't comment on episodes but to me this was the weakest of this season so far.

It hasn't for certain been declared 2008, though that seems like a distinct possibility. Recall that the other survivors (new character Cesar, in particular) were rummaging through what seemed like a long abandoned Dharma station - and that the "runway" that Sawyer was helping build during his polar-bear-cage days is there, just next to the downed Ajira aircraft.

First rule of Lost threads... we don't talk about the previews.
This was a great, great episode. Great character moments from Sawyer especially. And that statue! I don't normally "talk back" to shows I watch, but when they showed that statue, my mouth kind of dropped open and then the sound for the flashes started and I said something like Marty McFly....."Noooooooooooo! Bastards!" :) Such a fun show to watch and enjoy. The only thing that confuses me is how a network can have this show and then the same network cancels Life on Mars. (OK, so I do understand why, but I am just bitter....) And thanks to various posts on here reminding me of a few items that have gotten cloudy over time. |

This season is really confusing, I'm not sure how much I like it.... :hscratch:

Agreed. I'm probably in the minority, but I thought last night's episode was far superior to Locke's episode last week.
This ep was far and away the highlight of the season for me. |

Statue really looks like Taweret, the egyptian goddess of pregnancy and childbirth.
