Don't think so. I think he's more a Mr. Glass from Unbreakable type character.

But considering the "twice your age" comment, it's possible. Also assumed Locke and Hurley tied into the overall plot more than Jack, Kate, and John. Curious to see if they really do tie it all up with the flashbacks now.

And which is why they (survivors) can't find the island. The weird shit is why I love this show, and this ep delivered it in spades. This season has been great.
