Moment of Truth

This is that game show where people are strapped to a lie detector and are asked embarrasing and usually funny questions. This seems pretty stupid but might make for some good laughs and entertainment.

Some Highlights from the trailers.

Do Fat People Repulse you? -Not to mention asked by quite a hefty gal.

Would you Cheat on your wife if you knew you would never get caught?

Do you really care about the starving kids in Africa?

Would you donate a Kidney to save your fathers Life?

Have you ever innapropriately touched a femal co-worker?

These questions and more answered tonight on "Moment of Truth".

So? Will you watch it?

Have you ever inappropriately touched a female co-worker?
We saw the ad for this that showed this question. My wife turned and asked me the same thing. I answered truthfully: "Female? No."

The pause before every answer and reveal is such a bummer. I HATE HATE HATE that.

Which makes me appreciate Jeopardy that much more. Answer/question/answer/question. No freaking pause. No stupid gimmicks. Maybe they should take some notes from shows that have actually been around.

I'd just answer everything truthfully. Winning money is better than any resulting consequences.

They first guy has a nice looking wife. I am betting his other friend on the stage that is a girl is more that just a friend. It is pretty cheesy. I read that on the version in Columbia some lady won 25,000 for admitting she had tried to hire a hit man to kill her husband.

I bet you could watch this show in 5 minutes if you fast-forwarded through all the BS.

The worst part of this show is that half the questions are subjective. If the question is open for interpretation like the question the football guy lost on, there's an element of chance that should not be present in this type of game show.

Contestant: "Hahahaha... uh, Yes!"

The pacing for this show is absolutely horrific. They stretched out 15 minutes of content into an hour long show.

It fell flat...the much-hyped "tension" between contestants and friends/family was very weak, practically non-existent, in spite of the host's best efforts to "stir the pot". And the money amounts are paltry.

Wow...i was really looking forward to this one. that was pure garbage. It was boring and I could care less about the contestants answers. Plus, they already have an idea of the questions they are going to be asked (they answer all the questions before the show, they just don't know which ones the show will use). Booooring.
