MTV's censorship makes no sense to me Akon's song "Smack Dat" was censored cause it had the line "Smack dat bend you over" but the Kanye West song had the line "Ever been on a plane gettin' some brain" and it wasn't censored.

I too liked how Timberlake slammed MTV for only doing REALITY shows while he was on stage with people who HELPED ruin MTV - did you see Lauren's face? Priceless.

Well Justin's got an extremely valid point.
And wow, Britney wass horrible, horrendous. She had this look on her face as if the room was full of dead people.
Atleast Rihanna actually sang, and Chris Brown danced very well (but lip synced his butt off, understandable tho)

I really don't know what the fuck is going on anymore. Bands are playing for 2 minutes, Justin Timberlake is at a party, Kanye has sunglasses on and people are dancing on tables.

i like how they are bragging that they are only airing this "one time only" but yet, there's a replay right after this ends, an airing tomorrow, and according to my program guide, a couple of airings on mtv3 and mhd.

It's a shame that MTV can't admit its age.

what also sucks is that they aren't even mentioning the performers in the hotel suites. They just had the dude from gym class heroes. but those that don't follow, might not know, and the who's who of rappers coming out of the JT suite.
