I'll be catching up with S3 on DVD eventually -- did they change the song for S3, so do they still use it but it didn't seem "a perfect match" anymore?

Great song to the best tv show ever produced. Ever.
Sung by Jack Sheldon:
You've got to accentuate the positive
Eliminate the negative
And latch on to the affirmative
Don't mess with Mister In-Between
You've got to spread joy up to the maximum
Bring gloom down to the minimum
Have faith or pandemonium's
Liable to walk upon the scene
To illustrate my last remark
Jonah in the whale, Noah in the ark
What did they do just when everything looked so dark?
(Man, they said "We'd better accentuate the positive")
("Eliminate the negative")
("And latch on to the affirmative")
Don't mess with Mister In-Between (No!)
Don't mess with Mister In-Between
(Ya got to spread joy up to the maximum)
(Bring gloom down to the minimum)
(Have faith or pandemonium's)
(Liable to walk upon the scene)
You got to ac (yes, yes) -cent-tchu-ate the positive
Eliminate (yes, yes) the negative
And latch (yes, yes) on to the affirmative
Don't mess with Mister In-Between
No, don't mess with Mister In-Between

Find your favorite Classic TV Show theme.
http://www.melaman2.com/tvshows/
Let me add some other favorites to my list thanks to that TV Classics site. Some of these are cool because they have a definate 70's flavor that's not corny:
"Angie"
"Barney Miller"... I learned how to play the Bass lick for this one.
"Battlestar Galactica" (OG series)
"Benny Hill"
"Emergency"...duh duh daahhh, duh duh dahhhh!
"Police Woman"
"SWAT" <-- da shit

Firefly (one of the best themes tied to a series)
Six Feet Under
Smallville (what can I say, it's catchy)
Also a big fan of Danny Elfman, so the handful he's done are nifty (only two coming to mind presently are "Deparate Housewives" and "Simpsons").
And I also agree with "Boss Of Me", but I've never seen 'Malcolm In The Middle'

I think that TV theme songs got worse when they stopped using horn sections.
