Do we know if Hiro's father has a power or not?

When are we going to see radioactive man again?

What did Hiro's father have? All I caught was that he had "real power", which I assumed was like, control over money and people.

That's what I thought too...seemed like they implied he didn't have any super-power.

they didn't show him having an actual power yet. i came to the assumption that the parents of other heroes also had powers, ie - michah and his parents, claire and her mom and resumbalby her real father also.

Ah HA! So THAT'S who Clair's father is!! So far the theme IS that both parents are special...but that gets confusing because what about Peter and Nathan's mom 'n dad, Isaac's parents, et al?

Oh boy. I was expecting Sulu to do SOMEthing...

It was a good episode tonight. Nice change with Peter. Best part was when Dr. Who punched him in the face!

Whoever made the call that Nathan would be Claire's father... nice work.

Ando trying to hug Hiro's sister....and his remark to Hiro, and Hiro's reply.

Awesome episode. So if Peter can control his powers, he is the most powerful character of them all. Last week when someone predicted Nathan would be Claire's dad, I thought the pink shirt looks familiar.

I am really curious what the heal Claire's dad (Mr. Bennett) do. Apparently, they though Mr. Invisible is dead.

this plot is getting interesting to me because they didn't seem to know each other when they met before and he flew away. so does mr. bennett know what who the real father is or was he acting that he didn't know him before when they met?

It is probably a recessive trait. That would mean that if both parents have it, the kid would definitely get it as well, but someone with powers could also have parents where one or both of them don't have any powers.

Just read somone speculating that Linderman could be Firestarter's daughter, because eventually, Linderman is going to have to fit in somewhere. And Linderman and Old Man Petrelli were involved in something together, I remember, but I don't remember what.

Oh yeah, I paused it as soon as I saw it, caused much eye rolling between my wife and my daughter, even moreso when I complained that I'd tried to get that as my vanity plate years ago and the state (Michigan) wouldn't allow it because it was too similar to a non-vanity plate number.

Who says it was a vanity plate? That's a non-vanity plate in the show.

I think that some of the 'heroes' get their powers genetically from their parents (i.e. Claire & Folks), and others get it through being genetically altered (i.e. Radiation Man, Matt "The Cop", etc.).

This division is what's interesting to me.
