I too think that Court TV thing has to be trimmed down.

The show isn't about who's right and who's wrong, who's guilty and who's not guilty, or even presenting the most logical, simplest, easy to follow, step by step case; it's about eventually appealing to the 12 (plus alternates) in the box......

I really like this show. Garber has alot of charisma as a lead character. I recall the show was orginally called "American Crime"

Another solid episode, Season pass for me. All the actors rock
They need to win most of their cases to keep their super lawyer reputation. I have no problem with that.
Too early in the season for any change ups. 6 or so episodes in, they can start to spring some surprises.

The show is OK, but 1) are they going to win every case? if so, booooring. 2) I love how they show how the crime played out at the end, but it would be nice to have a little more "twist" to it... for example, it would have been great if the girl killed the guy in self-defense, yes, but say he didnt die right away... was there, gasping for breath.. pleading for his life, and she just sat there staring at him with a weird little evil grin on until he finally bled out. Now THAT would have been cool.
