If anyone cares, tonight (Aug 31) is the finale according to a short blurb on the TV page of my local paper.
I usually watched it because it was up against repeats and junk, but it obviously can't compete in the "real" season.

Finale, as in series finale? I watched it, and it was a very strange finale. Almost every storyline was kind of wrapped up, then they throw a kidnapping in there as if they expect to continue. . .

I didn't find any of the story arcs well-wrapped. I think they will continue leading their dysfunctional lives without us.
Peter's druggie bike rider won his race (but who knows if he can pass a drug test). Peter seems to have given up on reconciling with Nina, and is hot for Sunny. Cameron went to China with Beth to pick up adopt-a-kid -- are they reconciling? So Nina's got nada.
The Russian chick is preggers by what's his face, she wants to go home to Russia with her "cousin," the high school kid wants her to stay so he can be involved in baby.
Frankie gets kidnapped at very end. Then they play a closing montage that makes it obvious it's "the end." That's all I remember.
Oh, there was something on the young thug and the hot sister, Talia(?) but I forget.
Edit: How could I forget. Shawn (Sean?) tells slimeball lawyer to meet him on some street corner. He dumps all the money from a helicopter; urchins run off with it all. Money is the root of all evil, and now he will find true happiness.
It wasn't real compelling.
