Well...yeah, she did. At her very first audition, they asked her last name and she said "Just Mandisa, please".

I think she was gone too early, but it's not horribly disappointing.

Well I'm effin' pissed that My lovely Mandisa is gone. The only upside is that I don't have to watch AI anymore. This season started off soo good, but now that people's personalities are showing, I really dislike it. The only person who seems genuine, that is left, is Chris. Everyone else just irks me....although Paris and Elliott irk me less than everyone else.

Chris will hopefully win, cuz he's the only person who's CD I would buy.

I don't want to think that people didn't vote for Mandisa because she's big, but just from hearing people here at school talk about how they don't want a "fat" american idol...it just makes me think that had she been skinny, she would have gone farther. It makes me very sad to think that Mandisa was voted off because she couldn't fight the BIG GIRL syndrome, as in not BLOWING PEOPLE AWAY and losing your battle because you are under differen't standards than normal girls; the minute a big girl messes up, she's dismissed. And the thing is, Mandisa never even really messed up! She may not have won based on the past 2 weeks, but she certainly didn't deserve to leave. I hope America goes and sucks Kellie Pickler's ballsys.

BTW, McPhee's got a nice rack, needs to display it more during the performance nights, not boot-off night.

I'm not as big a Mandisa fan as some, but she certainly should not have left before Ace, Bucky, or Paris. She could sing circles around all three of them.

Well, dialidol may be hearing from the AI lawyers again and get shut down just like when he predicted Lisa and Ace in the bottom three (when that was a shocker back in the day).

Even without dialidol it was pretty obvious who the bottom three were when AI pulled their typical "group of 3" misdirection. However, Mandisa going home is pretty much of a shock. She's another one like Lisa whose stock dropped at an amazing rate. I believe the overt gospel song last week probably turned many against her which is a shame.
