This season's fighters all seem to be real fighters not just 60% scrubs and 40% fighters . 3 people that stood out in my mind were a -deaf- fighter *Wow* , Joe Rogans and Adam Sandlers Personal body guard and a Instructor from a Tiger Schullmans from Long Island NY

I think for celebrities its more of a lawsuit issue. Same thing with Lennox Lewis who had multiple body guards. You can basically tool anyone barely breaking a sweat but the impending lawsuit may cost millions and repeated court dates. With a bodyguard you can lay back and see him whoop some ass without fear of losing millions and days in court.

Yea theres 16 fighters but the 3 mentioned stood out in my opinion. I mean come on a deaf fighter? How that going to working with cornerman, explaining the rules. It'll just be unique prefight they need to get a person who can do the hand signals to explain the rules, regulations and such. Besides that imagine how hard it would be to learn a martial art with no hearing?

I remember way back when I saw Tito fighting and this was when there was huge bad blood. I laughed my ass of when he showed a shirt to the other guy that said "I just fucked your ass" or something similar. He did it another time saying "Gay Metger's My Bitch" or something like that.

Him and Tank always had me laughing.

Yep, the "Gay Mezger is my bitch" shirt is what ignited the feud between Tito and Shamrock in the first place, which should have ended when Tito pimp slapped Kenny around the octagon for 3 rounds in 2002 at UFC 40, but has continued on anyway.

I have ufc 40 on DVD . Whole event was great. Not many fights now a days have REAL tension. There was real animosity between these 2 guys. After Tito smashed his face in he was about to put on a *I killed Kenny t shirt* but his trainer advised him not to. Talk about getting insulted after a can of whoop ass filled with elbows, knees and punches to the face

Also ultimate fight night a free LIVE ufc event will start at 8pm (thursday) on spike and the ultimate fighter will premiere right after that at 10

Stevenson should not have to fight Josh neer as a first fight after the contract. Hard match up for him to start his UFC carrer

Stephan Bonnar and Keith Jardine from season 2 is the main event. Should be a good fight with some good standup action.

Are they still on to fight each other in the coming PPVs? The only way Ken can actually claim to beat Tito in the next fight is if he beats the shit outa of Tito like what Tito did to him, not on some submission move.

Yes it was annouced they would fight each other again after the shows over. Its basically already signed so were just waiting for the show to end

The premire of season 3 I'm not as excited about. Not big on Cheeto and Hammy. Love mma but I'm kinda' iffy on reality shows, at least this one ends with a fight every ep.

The cast members to look out for are Michael Bisping, Kalib Starnes, and Ed Herman, especially Bisping who is a freakin' beast. He has to be the fave to win the LHW contract.

Michael Bisping is going to roll through this like no other, he's the man.

Anybody catch the premiere last night?

The fights with Season 1 Vs Season 2 were pretty uneventful I thought, other then I was suprised that Joe Stevenson got beat so easily.

I thought it was pretty good. I like having Shamrock and Tito as the coaches, although looking at their different coaching styles it seems Tito is the much better of the two, although I don't like him as much as Shamrock. Shamrock doesn't seem to get to involved and I agree with the guys, what was he thinking bringing in the body builder dude.

I think Shamrock picked the better team, and having control is going to be huge. His dude last night killed that boxer, which was a terrible pick, because of his lack of wrestling. I can easily see Shamrock's team knocking off 3-4 guys before one loses.

I love this show.

Really enjoyed the show...Im not quite sure about the team Tito picked, however I fucking hate Shamrock. How old is this guy and he talks like he's a 14-year old gang banger? I hope Tito beats his ass again. The 2 British guys make the "reality" part of this show watchable this season, because no one else has much personality. I am also interested to see how the deaf guy "grows". He seems to have the biggest upside because he is so willing to work his ass off, well thats what it seems like anyways.
