What I liked about what Henry said at the end of the episode was how uncurious the Losties were about the hatch's contents. It was like wink to the fans because the characters really seem to be moving in a haze these days.

I really like Gale. He is a manipulative little bastard, and seems to me he would be a perfect fit for some kind of psychoanalyst, like Libby. By picking at their insecurities, he is able to see how these people react in such a stressful situation. I loved how he has played Jack and Locke against each other, and now how he has planted a seed in their minds that AL is walking into a trap. I really think that he is a part of a master plan, which to me is that they are a part of some kind of psychological experiment.
And what has happened to Libby? Haven't seen her around in a while. Maybe she is in the doghouse for the DUI (although MRod doesn't seem to be).
It was good to see Rose and Bernard again. Funny to see that even after surviving the plane crash, being stalked by the others, and finally getting reunited with his wife, Bernard still can't catch a break for missing his wife's birthday.
Sun and Jin are my favorite characters (and storyline) on the show. Pretty much everyone else could disappear and it wouldn't bother me at all. There is something strange about the pregnancy though, whether it is a miracle, or Sun was humpin' around. She seemed profound when she said that she had never been with anyone else.

I like Lost's version of the immaculate conception: If I let everyone think it's a miracle then it's essentially a miracle and my cheating ass is off the hook!

Anybody else catch the name of the company that made the pregnancy test? "Widmore Labs".....there was an easter egg in the episode with Charlie's flashback in London, with the building in the background having a "Widmore Construction" sign. In the podcast the week after, Lindelof said to remember that name.
Lost-Media doesn't have a screen cap of it at the moment...

I saw the name on the test wasn't Dharma, but forgot about the Construction company name. I'm now starting to think that this is some sort of "Matrix-esque" collective subconscience experiment.

Excellent catch. YOU'RE exactly right. Pretty awful typo. Can't Lost afford a good proofreader?

At 44 days/season, that's about 9 seasons of Lost to get to delivery.

She would have to beat Joe's wife on Family Guy.

The thing I do not like is that Locke has been shown to be able to be manipulated fairly easily when you hit his weak spot, but Jack is a doctor and should be able to recognize the cheap psych tricks Henry is using. I am with Syaid, and have no doubt Henry is an OTHERS. Even if they do find a baloon this does not mean he is telling the truth, as the Others would know about it, hell he could have killed the real Henry and his wife. There just seems no reason for him to be jacking with everyone if he is telling the truth.

I have to say, now that I've thought about the ending, I really like the way they handled it. A lot of people, myself included, probably expected that if Henry was an Other, then Sayid, A-L, and Charlie would get there and immediately get ambushed. Instead, they get there, initially find nothing, and cut back to Henry possibly playing a mind game with Jack and Locke. They took what could have been a very predictable scene and made it something else.

I was underwhelmed by the episode.
Hopefully next week lives up to the previews.
