Nope. Was it just me or does it actually seem like an episode was missing between the last episode and this one.

I always enjoy Sawyer's episodes, even if they are predictable. Also, the filmmaking seemed "better" for some reason, even if the half-shadowed faces were a bit overdone.

damm this show got really good again, loved tonights episode and cant wait till next weeks show. everything was perfect in tonights show didnt expect any of it. tonights episode was as good as anything in the first season i thought.

looked like Wash was the dude in the net in the previews.

I liked this episode for the fact that it was totally unexpected what happened, but I don't like where they went with it. Sawyer was getting to be too likable I guess.

First they make everyone hate the Hobbit, now Sawyer.

What else was his "long con" chick from? I've seen her before.

So, Sawyer did all this shit just to prove to himself that he's still an asshole and a bad person?

Even though you are probably supposed to think that Sawyer is a bad guy, I found myself liking what he did. Jack and John have become too self righteous. People have let them take too much control. If I was on the island I wouldn't give a shit what they thought was best, I would want one of those guns and would get one however I could.

Hmm, interesting. I get the feeling this episode may make more sense in future context. It was good, but didn't seem to quite fit for some reason.

I guess Charlie got his revenge though. I admit, I grinned a little.

It was nice to see "Joannie Stubbs" in-between seasons of Deadwood. I've always had a thing for Kim Dickens.

So why was Kate's mom in this episode? Just to show more connections?

Where was Kate's mom?

She was facilitating the connectiveness.

She was Sawyer's waitress in the diner.

I think the coincidences are fun for the audience, I know I enjoy them for the sake of "spot the character".
