If NBC cancels Scrubs (which seems unlikely), I guess ABC could have the option to pick up the show. However, if ABC would pick up both Scrubs and Arrested Development, that'd be one hell of an hour. |
From what I recall reading about ABC's potential ideas. They weren't going to try to get Scrubs back but develope a new show that would fit with AD's type of humor if they were to get it.

Scrubs has always been on NBC.

already noted. ABC passed on Scrubs and then Buena Vista went to NBC.

Well, that was before their turn around. Before LOST and before Desperate Housewives. They want to get their act together and not be the joke of network tv.

Just thought I'd bring this one back up as a reminder.
IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR ON THE SPECIAL ALL-NEW TWO-HOUR SEASON FINALE OF “ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT” FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, ON FOX Spoiler:
And they're calling it a "Season" Finale, not "Series", which makes it sound (to me) like its coming back to FOX. |
The three episodes they screened get an A+ from EW this week.

Still, it's not like FOX has to call it a series finale if they don't want to. Networks cancel shows all the time without calling the last episode aired a "series finale." |
did anyone realize this is the "Series Finale" and it's on tomorrow!!! set those VCR's/TiVo's.
