Because the judges clearly admitted that Stacy is the best dancer, and they expect more from her. So they drag her down if she's not absolutely perfect. It's not fair in the least, because regardless of her dance training, she is no more a professional dancer than any of the others.

I think the choreography was what hurt Tony and Stacy tonight. They needed to practive that lift until it was second nature, because of Stacy's height. Either way, they could have done better. It's just bad to see one routine cost them a championship.

Do men really find her attractive? I think she's extremely unattractive. She scares me. Not to be cruel, but she reminds of the NIP/TUCK episode with the paper bag.

Not that he deserves Cheryl specifically, he just needs to get laid in general. Actually, Nick & Stacey would be a good couple.

Never said she had good taste. But Lachey certainly isn't an upgrade. In Stult's defense, he's pretty handsome guy who has a lot more going for him than Lachey, Test, or Flair ever had. Though she can do better.

I don't know if Cheryl is ugly. She does wear too much makeup. All the female ballroom dancers cake it on.

Worse taste than I thought, assuming that's true. Stacy needs to go up the ladder when dating, not down it.

I've actually thought Tony's routines have been so-so for most of the season, but he luckily has the best overall dancer paired with him. But that freestyle... geez. The beginning was completely ripped off of Starurday Night Fever... almost the exact routine. That might've been cute as a starter except it didn't lead to anything else. It segued into some boring pair dancing and that lift, which took skill but didn't look like it was pulled off smoothly. I kept waiting for the routine to kick into gear and it never did. Making matters worse was that Jerry and Anna had just done a 70's theme so it made it feel even less original.

He's going to win unfortunately, based on one dance routine. However, home voters kept Master P alive for a number of weeks, when he should have been tossed off on day one.

If they dropped the fan votes, this show would not be nearly as popular as it is now. It's the getting the audience involved that makes it a beast and makes it something people talk about. If that means the best dancer doesn't always win, so be it. It is Dancing With the Stars. It's not like a contract is on the line; the exposure means they are all winning really. Well, except for Master P. Besides, I don't want this to be like Skating with Celebrities where first thing they do is send home the folks the audience tuned in to see in the first place and then a lot of the audience just tuned out.

I think Drew and Cheryl are great and nailed it tonight. I have no beef with them winning at all. It is sad that Stacy Inc may not win because they didn't nail the freestyle, but that is how it is set up. I can't imagine what Tony was thinking with that routine. It's like he ran out of ideas. It didn't even really show Stacy off, and that is hard not to do because she is so lovely.

Drew and Cheryl were clearly better, but an 8?!? Only Carrie Ann would do that. Hilarious the way Tony called her on it too. It was nice of Jerry not to suck, but this is still a dancing competition, and while lifts are cool, Stacy actually ... ya know ... danced.

It's all moot anyway. Demographics dictated Drew would win before the dances. Drew skews female, Stacy skews male, and Jerry skews heavily male. Perot will pull enough votes for Drew to win the audience vote regardless of judges scores.

Didn't see this episode yet, but Stacey and her partner were on Ellen yesterday, and they were supposed to have danced, but couldn't because she had rolled her ankle. She said that it was hurt during practice earlier in the week, but if she stayed off of it, she should be able to compete last night. Not sure if they changed routines because of it or not, but thought that it was worth mentioning.

Yep, I heard her talking about it in an interview a couple of days ago.

I think she is scary looking and she seems to be getting darker every week..

Lucky bastard. He roomed next door to me in college. Nice enough guy and he's doing fairly well for himself (7th Heaven and a small role in Wedding Crashers), but he's definitely dating "up" with Stacy.
