On the soundtrack issue. Is Michael Giacchino going to release the underscore on CD. That is some pretty deft music and it deserves a CD release.
Lets hope Michael Giacchino wins that emmy (Best score for a drama series)

I just got the book The Lost Chronicles and it looks pretty good, has a bonus behind the scenes dvd. The book has lots of behind the scenes pictures and stories and a recap about every episode, looks to be worth the $13 I paid for it.
I'm also thinking about getting a subscription to Lost magazine but at $39.99 for a 1 year (6 issue) subscription that's more than I paid for the season 1 set. Anyone ordered the magazine or going to?

Didn't know the Chronicles book was out...for some reason, I thought it was being released the week after next. I'll have to run to the bookstore this weekend and pick it up.

The book originally said the release date was like Sept 22 but on Wednesday I went to Amazon to order it and it was in-stock and ready to ship so I ordered it and got here today. Was flipping thru it and even if the dvd sucks it's worth the $13 (cover pirce is $18.95 so not sure what bookstores will sell it for)

So how is the Lost Chronicles book? I think the hatch will be empty. I sure hope that I am wrong.

I think I have figured out what is in the hatch based on clues given. I sure hope that it is not a letdown come next Wednesday. I did read one theory that is way out there but if pulled off could make this show actually really scary. If the clues given meet with what i think is in there then this theory may actually turn out to be true (at least part of it).

Well,
with all the strange things popping up on other sites, did anyone watch the dvd promo for the second season? Here's my nutty guess at something.

Not sure if this means anything, but with this show a bug landing on someone's nose or when and where a character takes a dump means everything. Has anyone else been annoyed by the inconsistent naming convention of the DVD labels? The data labels not the fancy disc art. Could it mean something big? Small? Nothing at all?

I am a year behind, but I've finally caught up with everything. I bought the box set of the first season on release day, and I finished it off at around 4am last night.
Watching season two the normal way, week after week and month after month is going to be very rough. I thought watching three seasons of The Shield on DVD and then watching it on DVD was tough, but this is going to be way harder.
I also didn't see how another show could top The Shield as my favorite one hour long type of deal, but Lost did it in a single season. I can't believe that this is a TV show, A TV SHOW! Over the past few years, television has really evolved, and I love it. I gave up on network TV for years, but I'm back at it now that we have shows like Scrubs and Arrested Development, and The Shield and especially Lost.

Well this guy says that he already has it. If he does then it must already be out in some places.
