Spoiler:
I didn't even realize that. Where was she used?
And something else I remembered, I wanted to give a "shout out" to the Orion female Tactical officer. Nice touch to see one in a "Starfleet" uniform.

From persons of the 1960s, it seems an abstraction -- a magician's trick on a darkened stage. And from this distance one might never imagine that it is alive. It first appeared on nbc over forty years ago in the form of serious sci-fi show. In an explosion of life spanning decades, the sequels and spinoffs multiplied... and then it stopped. on febuary 2, 2005 A.D nearly every form of televied trek was to be wiped off the planet, leaving the slot for the best sci fi series in the universe empty. Before this, people prostested, begged for ent to stay on air, but the apocolypse came anyway and wiped ent off the face of the earth.. 40 years ago, Gene Rodenberry had a vision, heignited that original spark. Is there a plan, a purpose or a reason to our existence? We know there is, to get trek of some sort on the airwaves, no matter what the cost, until then, the originals, and the 3 sets of 7 season shows, novels, etc, will attempt to fill the gap. This is a dark day for everyone that loves trek, and dreams of a better future. Or will our entertainment reappear through a sign, a symbol, a revelation, an intense writing campaign? Those hooligans at UPN MUST, MUST know that most of the last season has been a smash hit, it would be suicide to drop it. We need to do something... what, I don't know yet. If anyone wants to talk, shoulder to cry on... msg me
you know what , fuck it . this will probably engender a warning, and possibly suspension, but i dont care. i am fucking pissed off and while i dont mean any of these rantings, i feel i have to vent. bear in mind i would not do this to les mooneves. february 3 2005 a white ford is rapidly traversing around wilshire boulevard careening at eighty. the time is 335 pm. les mooneves who just recently cancelled enterprise and is elated is startled at first/ he dismisses the screechings of the white ford as some driver making a sharp maneuver . three seconds later he turns around only to have himself ascended eighty feet in the air courtesy of the ford hitting him at eighty miles per hour. mooneves falls on the ground in obvious pian. the assislant takes a bat and proceeds to smash it over moonves head until his head splits open like a grapefruit . he then sets moonves on fire , and then subsequently vaporizes him with a phaser, recently invented
I'm so sad right now. I'll wear black clothes to school tomorrow. This show represented a hope for Earth, and for television as we know it, and it's gone.

das Monkey of DVD Talk enjoyed rewatching the first season, despite disliking the packaging and finding errors in the episode labels on the fourth disc's menus. The show "looks pretty darn good" and the extras are labeled "decent"; there's also a guide to the Easter Eggs in the DVD set.
