I guess this show will be like George Costanza, leaving on a high note, knows when to exit.
|
So do we get to see T'Pol and Hoshi in short short skirts?

I think the premise outlined in the spoiler would make a decent spin-off series all by itself. |
It is a shame that they are cancelling it in its Best season. Season 4 has traditionally been one of the better seasons of Trek shows, the characters have usually gotten fleshed out and grown enough that they are no longer awkward.
A friend of mine suggested about a year or two ago, before notice of cancellation was announced that to save they show they probably should try a radical concept of Releasing the previous seasons on DVD and then instead of cancelling the show completely continue to produce the series as a DVD Only show. |
Gorn!
 |
I'm creaming my pants
not really but this is cool as hell a TOS ship with TNG warp speed stars going by the gorn the noisey bridge Gary Graham making an appearance blue phasers blue-white photon torpedoes |
wait a second, they're about to overturn TOS continuity. the full rebellion doesn't really get going until after Mirror Spock becomes a peacenik
edit: good, they put a stop to that |
OMG. I haven't seen that actor in YEARS
Spoiler:

LOL, Hoshi and Travis, the least used characters in the regular universe, end up running things! That's great.
Also, I believe the vaporized Admiral plays the VP on 24. |
just a reminder, the podcast for In a Mirror, Darkly, Part I available http://www.startrek.com/startrek/vie...cle/10602.html, and for part 2, http://www.startrek.com/startrek/vie...cle/10679.html

I loved all of the little details on the Defiant. From the classic look to the sound effects (I even liked the hokey teletype sounds that came from the computer and the over-sized flip-phone style communicators!)
The ending even gives us hope that we will get to re-visit this story line some day. |

And now we finally know where a TOS Jeffries Tube goes. If they ever want to "really" shake up Trek sometime in the future, a Mirror series could be a lot of fun. |
Damn, that was fun. Why are they killing this right as it's getting good?

I liked that too. Didn't like the Gorn. Way too fast compared to the sloth we saw in Arena. |
The battle where the TOS Enterprise was kicking the Andorian and Vulcan asses was freaking awesome. Seeing the way it moved with modern CGI and seeing it in battle was great. Man, if only we got to see that ship doing more.
Great ending as well. I knew something had to happen to Archer since he was being mocked by his more successful normal-universe counterpart throughout the episode. The only thing I didn't like the was way the Gorn looked. They tried to make him look more lizardy, but it kinda lost something. |
so after listening to the podcast, I would like to know if anyone here is able to give us a HDTV screen cap of the character bios for hoshi and for archer.
oh, and a screen cap of hoshi-mayweather kissing would be nice too! :) much thanks in advance! |

Hoshi's bio: http://img170.echo.cx/img170/1269/pdvd0079og.th.jpg Hoshi kissing Travis: http://img221.echo.cx/img221/9272/pdvd0101qz.th.jpg I read on trekweb.com that Sussman wrote more stuff than what appeared on the screen. Apparently Archer died at his home 1 day after attending the commissioning ceremony of the TOS Enterprise NCC-1701. Hoshi and her family were executed by Kodos (from the TOS Season 1 episode "The Conscience of the King") in 2246. |
