Well shit I didn't watch last night but if it was that bad, he deserved to go :lol:.

:lol: It wasn't good by any means, but I can think of two knuckleheads who were worse. And at least one of those hasn't belonged in the competition since...well, ever. But he must be nailing his fairy godmother.

What's fishy? I don't agree with him going home but he did suck last night. The way this show is set up, if your fans don't vote, you go home. Scott was obviously helped by Simon bagging on him. That assures his fans will vote in numbers to keep him on the show. Constantine just didn't have a good night and his fans didn't bother to vote, likely b/c they thought he was safe.

He picked a BAD song and pulled off a pretty bad performance, I'm not too surprised at all :up:

Thing is, he <i>was</i> bad, yet week after week horrid Scott is still there. I just don't like to grasp the week to week voting. Constantine has been heads above Scott each week (on his level last night).

Simon should not say things like "Pack your bags"; that seems to get people to go against him and vote more.

Well, Simon did that to Anthony a few weeks ago, and that saves Anthony's bacon. :D

My girlfriend and I are really shocked that Scott is still in. People who voted for him must be tone deaf.

It's fishy because he has had arguably the strongest support each week, and his kind of fans are not the kind to stop voting suddenly. Was there a lot of junior high school dances or something last night :hscratch:?

This is why it should be an aggregate vote from the time the Top 12 start. Not that I'm a huge Constantine fan but he was by far the worst on that stage. I also figured out why that song sounded so bad. The bands sound wasn't turned up enough. I know we need to hear them sing but with a song like that, you need the powerful sounds of the band to help carry the song.

I still say that Anthony's performance of "Every Time You Go" is the best of the season so far, bar none. And yes, my hearing is just fine :p.

Hell no. He just got a surge of his fans voting after bottom 3's in the last few weeks. Carrie is the runaway winner at this point IMO.

anthony is just slightly better than constantine.. and scott is marginally better than anthony..

constantine should never have even been considered to make it this far.. not based on vocals..

scott and anthony will be gone in the next 2 weeks.. because bo, carrie, and vonzell are the best singers in this group and have been since the final 12 were put together..

it should start really getting interesting in a couple more weeks.

And Scott lives on. For two reasons: people feel sorry for him and he can actually sing. I don't know about tone deaf but it seems like he stays on key to me. :shrug: And I don't even like that kind of music...

Anthony should be going home although Constantine wasn't THAT much better...
