Episode Title: "All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues"

I'll catch tonight's episode for sure. There is no way I'm missing this show two weeks in a row.

I just know there's going to be a huge 24-style cliffhanger at the end of tonight's episode.

But if I had a pregnant wife who was due tonight, she would need to have a backup ride from 8-9 tonight.

Would have been cool if tonights episode was the one featuring Charlies flashbacks.

Looking forward to tonights episode but then none for 3 weeks is going to suck

Hey, I get to watch "Lost" in HDTV because I usually watch "Smallville" in HDTV and watch my recording of "Lost" later (simply because I had a better shot of seeing "Lost" in HDTV on the possible Saturday reruns earlier this season. "Smallville" is a rerun tonight, so that frees up the 8 p.m. slot for me.

I hope they don't kill Emilie de Ravin off the show. She was pregnunt on Roswell and came back and was killed off. I wish they would keep her as a regular for awhile. Maybe the baby doesn't survive?!

So Abrams produces both this and Alias? I've gotta admit, I've never watched Alias - is it as good as Lost? Maybe I'll have to get a season pass for it now that I finally have my Tivo.

aktick, "Alias" is great, but you should catch up from the first season with the DVD sets. SO MUCH has happened over the seasons.

Yep yep. It's almost been three different shows over the three different seasons that it's been on. Plus, if you're like me, you will be hopelessly lost for about three or four episodes before you finally get your bearings in the show.

My problem along those lines was solved last week when my dual tuner digital cable box from Comcast came in. Now I can watch one show in HD and record another on the DVR in HD. :D

Ditto. The fact that they saved him was ridiculous. He was dead for too long! And besides, the way that Jack was beating on his chest he must have a bunch of broken ribs by now, making it very hard to breathe.

Jack kind of got on my nerves this episode... sheeze, he was being a real jackass with everyone. It's his fault that

BTW...has there ever been a trapped on a deserted island show or movie where you rooted hard for them to never get rescued?

Well we don't really know how long he had been dead. It could have been an hour or a few minutes really. Not sure how this perticular episode was time wise. Either way I personally think, that was one of the best scenes on tv this year. I was about to lose it. :)

Anyone else reminded of The Abyss though?
