The hell outta here with that.

I finally got around to watching this episode on the DVR.
So the monster/creature/whatever, that seemed to be everywhere, and terrorizing everyone continuously is now just simply gone? Nobody talks about it or seems really all that concerned anynmore?
How obvious was it that Sawyer never had the asthma medications to begin with? C'mon. Just a little over reacting by everybody there.
Also, good thing the pink lip gloss has not run out yet.
Anyway, my general feeling about the show right now is that it seems to be getting a bit too soap operaish.
If they plan to go a couple of seasons with it unfolding in this manner it's gonna turn into one of those shows where you could miss 4 or 5 episodes but pick it back up and not really miss anything.
I'm still watching, but if it gets way too Days of Our Lives, I'll probably drop it off the DVR list and it will simply be one of those shows that if I happen to catch it, I catch it. If I don't, I don't.

I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, we haven't "seen" the monster since Locke encountered it by himself. I'm hoping that has some significance.
As far as Locke being the one who hit Sayid, I think that's too obvious. And I believe the next scene after he was hit over the head was of Locke talking to Charlie in the caves.

Although, they have been doing some weird things with timelines. Case in point is Sawyer not only catching up with Sayid and the chick after having been at least several minutes behind them (he didn't leave until he heard the news of the cave in), but coming out from a bush in front of them. Again, he didn't know exactly where they were, and even if he did, how did he find a short cut?

I just read on another board that the Ellen DeGeneres show today(11/16/04) did a spoof of Lost which I would have loved to seen. Matthew Fox(Jack) was also on the show. Depending on what time the show comes on in your area you may still be able to see it today. This episode is scheduled to repeat on the TV channel "Oxygen" at 11:00pm eastern on 11/23/04 so I will at least be able to see it then for sure. http://forums.go.com/abc/thread?threadID=118675

Keith - do you have a name for the episode so I can keep lookout on the Tivo? Ellen airs in the morning here so I already missed it today.

Michael, I just have basic info on the repeat show tonight:

SYNOPSIS: Actor Pierce Brosnan (``After the Sunset'');
actor Matthew Fox (``Lost'').
CHANNEL: 76 [OXYGEN]

Thanks. I'm an idiot. I was searching tivo.com and was coming up with the "Ellen" show from the 90's.
Got it scheduled though.
