Yeah - WTF were they thinking? Sex appeal in a police recruitment advertisment, particularly after they were explicitly told to craft a campaign that tugs at the heart? Did they equate heart with genitals?

What was up with Raj and the joke he made about dressing like a terrorist in the ad campaign
?
It is obvious but he is trying to be as white as possible and dissing people of his own race and only his name keeps him from being completely white.

Kevin scored so many points last night for being a good team player and really rallied for the team to not go to the boardroom. I'd like to see him make it further now, he really stood out last night.
As for Elizabeth, she seemed to have lost so much steam and lacked energy since that first time she PM'd. It was so obvious that they wanted her fired. That Ivana should keep quiet, if Bradford hadn't gotten the boot, she'd be out of the running. I'd like to see her do a better job, I don't think she's capable.

Maria blinking wildly -"We lost becuase Andy didn't want to put sex in the ad".
Carolyn -"Andy, if putting sex in your ad would have won, why didn't you do it?"

That was her only saving grace. Too bad she couldn't persuade her team. The problem was she offered no alternative.

Since she's no more, could someone please post a hot pic of her. God, she's a cutie! She's got those nice dark thick eyebrows, and that Maureen McCormack on Tea Leoni action kinda look to her. She is really sexy. Too bad she won't be there to gawk at next week.

Funny and true. I have never thought much of Maria, she is just bad, but my opinion of her sunk to a new low with this blatant preemptive attempt at passing the buck. Kelly's stock has also gone lower the last two weeks, this past episode in particular. He had bad ideas and was really no help to the team, nor did he think of the team.
Andy's stock definitely went up. He had good ideas and managed his team well, even despite the reluctance by some of his team members. This challenge may have been the biggest disparity between the two teams, and Andy was primarily responsible for that. I think he goes to the final four.

Anyways, I did think she wasn't that strong as a leader, but felt she was in a terrible position. Nobody agreed with her. Granted, as I said, she didn't exactly present strong skills to take charge, but it felt like the other guys would have stuck with their idea no matter what. And ultimately, that idea sucked, and was the downfall of that team. My pick would have been Raj.

So did Raj really believe in his stupid idea, or did he just force it on the team to sabotage Elizabeth?
I've known a lot of guys like Raj... they're smart and outgoing, but they can be extremely clueless on certain things and won't back away from a bad idea.
I was watching his commercial and laughing my ass off... it shows cops in riot gear kicking down doors, and makes it look like some kind of Yugoslavian military training video. I'm surprised it didn't show a circle of cops beating the shit out some guy with truncheons.
That said, how hard could it be to come with an alternative? Just something easy and sappy like "We need YOU to help us make this a better city." From what I saw, it looked like Raj was pushing his idea hard, and might've wanted to stand up to him.

The funny thing is that if Elizabeth had just backed the idea and made the commercial as the rest of the team envisioned it instead of trying to change it late in the game, she would not have been conflicting with her team and Raj probably would've been fired for coming up with and pushing for such a lousy idea. I mean, face it, the idea is why they lost, not Elizabeth's wishy-washy leadership.

I think that it was a combination of setting up Elizabeth to be fired and Raj truly liking his idea, he was very animated in his description of why it would work.
Raj has lost points with me lately with his ramblings. At first, it added character to an otherwise intense group, now it's becoming distracting.

Agreed.
********
I would like to see Kevin and Kelly be the final two. I'm tired of Raj....he seems like an overbearing asshole to me.....and I'm tired of his cheesy bow-ties.
