Saw this posted on the HTF. Looks like it is a deleted scene of Chris telling Tony about Ade. I really hope they include this scene in the next episode. I have been really curious to know how it went down.

Also, isn't it above Silvio to be killing someone like that? Now he has to dig a big hole in the woods, throw her in it, cover up the hole, etc, all by himself. Sounds like work for soldies, not a consigliere.
When killing a Federal informant its best not to have the average loudmouth dickhead do it. Plus is she going to get in a car with someone she doesnt know?

Speaking of which, don't they usually stuff a rat in an informant's mouth and leave him/her somewhere where he/she will be found?

In last night's episode Chris even said "I could kill him so easily" or something to that effect.

That's what I was thinking as well. If it was some peon in the organization, she'd be less likely to get in the car.

Richie Aprille. And Adrianna was the owner of the famous Paulie Panties, so I really hope there's no blood relationship there.

IIRC the last person Sil whacked (Big P) was also an informant.

Great episode. Adriana and her hotness will be missed on the show. No more eye candy...

Tony kicked Christopher because he found out that Chris snorted H. Tony knows what lies ahead for "the family" and with unreliable relatives like Tony B, Tony S was looking to Christopher to be a very key guy. The fact that he was high on heroin to "cope" told Tony that Christopher didn't have ice-water in his veins and wasn't strong enough to be able to handle what was to come. A big disappointment and one less person that Tony could rely on.

Also, I think because Tony was hurt by having to get rid of Ade too, but he didn't have the luxury of escaping like Christopher did.

i think that Chris will be take out Johnny Sack and claim that area. He will vow revenge on Tony and steal his lunch money.

That said, I don't see her character as having any other options...she knows that she can't really hook up w/anybody given her ex- particularly since Tony will own her anyway money-wise.
I don't know... I saw it as Carmela beginning to come to the realization that she doesn't have the high morals that she deluded herself into believing. It wasn't the first time that she traded financial gain in exchange for her forgiving Tony. She was getting an allowance and he wasn't keeping close tabs on her anyways, so she could've gone on being "separated" continuing to live beyond her means. She realized that money means more to her than she thought.

Why do we have to wait two weeks for the season finale as opposed to one like we always do? What makes the HBO movie they're airing next week so special they have to bump the regular show a week?
so people will have to wait to cancel HBO after the season ends.

I dunno, she had a tendency to look kind of skanky at times. Photos of the actress herself made her look pretty attractive though.

I think the scene of Chris telling Tony will air next week because if we had seen it this week it would have pretty much eliminated the building tension we had when Ade was in the car with Sylvio. While we all had an inkling, that would have changed the situation to a matter of when instead of if.

I wonder if the bit about Joey not interfering with Drea shooting Sopranos might still have some creedence? The final season could have a few flashbacks of Chris remembering his time with her, which would only fuel his anger against Tony. And hey, this show loves flashbacks and dream resurrections!

I totally Agree!

I still think that The Sopranos is not about Tony in the end. In the end, I see Chris becoming a boss, so you'll see the 5 year arc of a guy from beginning to end:going from soldier, to made man, to #1 relative, to boss.

After all, it was Chris who was looking for a "character arc" in his life.

Plus, he wants to "finally" do his memors for Hollywood.

The show IS his memoirs. Maybe.

You do realize this could come crashing down in two weeks or anytime next season, right?
The way you see it as Chris' story wouldn't have anything to do with a slight resemblance a certain user is said to have to the actor would it?
In all honesty, I hope you're right. Chris has really done a damn fine job of staying about half a step away from death the whole series and I honestly think that after coming so close about a month ago, he's around to stay.

Yup, what Guess said. I'll be in Mexico on Sunday (not that they don't have HBO in the hotels, but still) and I emailed them to wait a week while I was out of the country.

Maybe I'm just a little more bloodthirsty than Tony S.........

When Johnny made those remarks to him last night and then had his back turned to Tony taking a drag off his smoke, I would have plugged him one right in the back of the head!

Would have made things much easier.

I was disappointed we didn't see how the Johnny-Carmine Jr. thing went down. Rusty (Frankie Vallie) sure wasn't giving Carmine Jr that kind of advise when they talked about it.

Just looked on the HBO website, and the credits song was one by Shawn Smith - Wrapped in my memory. I really liked the song a lot. Anybody heard of him before? How's his other stuff? I'd like to check it out.

I too would have to agree that this will be Christopher's story from beginning to end. I think he will in fact off Tony S and assume the NJ side of things with Jonny saks blessing. Just my $.02 worth.

Any definite word on when season 6 will begin airing?

I heard we won't get it until around January 2006, as they will not start filming until X-Mas 2004.
